(Natural News)
Carlos Matos, the shameless scammer behind the infamous BitConnect Ponzi scheme, has become one of the internet’s latest and most hilarious “memes.” That’s because just months prior to the cryptocurrency exchange’s demise, Matos was seen on stage at a New York event screaming and wailing about how great BitConnect supposedly was, which has since earned him a number of hilarious YouTube videos mocking him for this pathetic stunt.

In this video clip, Matos is seen in a cringe-worthy display acting as a used car salesman for “Biiitcooonnnnnnneeeeeecct.” Watch as he hilariously tries to rally the crowd in favor of the scam company, which was recently shuttered after federal regulators determined that BitConnect was running an illegal securities exchange for the purpose of ripping off users.

Though BitConnect is still in operation as a basic exchange, its proprietary BitConnect cryptocurrency is basically dead, having dropped from $321 per “coin” to just over $35 per “coin,” in just one day. This represents a more than 86 percent plunge in perceived value.

BitConnect represents one of the latest cryptocurrency scams to bilk people out of millions of dollars, and Matos is a poster child for what the worst of this corrupt industry represents. His foolish display has gotten so much media attention in recent days that many have created video “memes” highlighting the stupidity of it all. Here’s another depicting Matos’s stage hysterics as if they were coming from a haunted mine.

BitConnect blames Ponzi scheme collapse on “bad press” and “DDoS attacks”

On BitConnect’s website, the company says that its lending and exchange platform was shut down for “many reasons,” one of which includes “continuous bad press.” BitConnect alleges that it was not doing anything wrong or illegal, but that things started to fail as a result of “community members” feeling “uneasy” about it all, which created “a lack of confidence in the platform.”

“Outside forces have performed DDos attacks on platform several times and have made it clear that these will continue,” the company adds. “These interruptions in service have made the platform unstable and have created more panic inside the community.”

But the truth of the matter is that BitConnect had been running a full-blown Ponzi scheme that promised investors upwards of 40 percent returns in just one month. In fact, many in the cryptocurrency community who buy and sell the digital currencies with integrity are in agreement that BitConnect was a bad apple trying to scam people.

BitConnect had basically been operating as an anonymously-run exchange where users were allowed to “loan” their legitimate cryptocurrencies to the company in exchange for the promise of massive returns. Users who agreed to loan $10,000 worth of cryptocurrency for 180 days, for instance, were promised at least 40 percent returns, as well as .20 percent daily bonuses.

There was also a pyramid aspect to the program that promised even more returns for multi-level referrals, meaning users were encouraged to invite more people onto the platform in exchange for bonuses. Many people jumped onboard in the hopes of receiving massive gains, only to suffer major losses when the system was exposed as a fraud.

“The requirement of having BCC (not Bitcoin cash, but rather BitConnect’s proprietary cryptocurrency) to participate in the lending program led to a natural spike in demand (and price) of BCC,” explained Tech Crunch (as quoted by IbankCoin.com). “In less than a year the currency went from being worth less than a dollar (with a market cap in the millions) to a all-time high of ~$430.00 with a market cap above $2.6B.”

Neuroscientists Track Thought’s Trip through Brain

A team of researchers led by the University of California, Berkeley’s Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute has tracked the progress of a thought through the brain, showing how a region called the prefrontal cortex coordinates activity to help us act in response to a perception. The team’s results appear in the journal Nature Human Behavior.

Brain area stimulation

Recording the electrical activity of neurons directly from the surface of the brain, lead author Dr. Avgusta Shestyuk and colleagues found that for a simple task, such as repeating a word presented visually or aurally, the visual and auditory cortexes reacted first to perceive the word.

The prefrontal cortex then kicked in to interpret the meaning, followed by activation of the motor cortex in preparation for a response.

During the half-second between stimulus and response, the prefrontal cortex remained active to coordinate all the other brain areas.

For a particularly hard task, like determining the antonym of a word, the brain required several seconds to respond, during which the prefrontal cortex recruited other areas of the brain, including presumably memory networks not actually visible.

Only then did the prefrontal cortex hand off to the motor cortex to generate a spoken response. The quicker the brain’s handoff, the faster people responded.

Interestingly, the team found that the brain began to prepare the motor areas to respond very early, during initial stimulus presentation, suggesting that we get ready to respond even before we know what the response will be.

“This might explain why people sometimes say things before they think,” Dr. Shestyuk noted.

The scientists used a technique called electrocorticograhy (ECoG), which records from several hundred electrodes placed on the brain surface and detects activity in the thin outer region, the cortex, where thinking occurs.

The study employed 16 epilepsy patients who agreed to participate in experiments while undergoing epilepsy surgery.

“This is the first step in looking at how people think and how people come up with different decisions; how people basically behave,” Dr. Shestyuk said.

“We are trying to look at that little window of time between when things happen in the environment and us behaving in response to it.”

Once the electrodes were placed on the brains of each patient, the researchers conducted a series of eight tasks that included visual and auditory stimuli.

The tasks ranged from simple, such as repeating a word or identifying the gender of a face or a voice, to complex, such as determining a facial emotion, uttering the antonym of a word or assessing whether an adjective describes the patient’s personality.

During these tasks, the brain showed four different types of neural activity.

Initially, sensory areas of the auditory and visual cortex activate to process audible or visual cues. Subsequently, areas primarily in the sensory and prefrontal cortices activate to extract the meaning of the stimulus.

The prefrontal cortex is continuously active throughout these processes, coordinating input from different areas of the brain.

Finally, the prefrontal cortex stands down as the motor cortex activates to generate a spoken response or an action, such as pushing a button.

“This persistent activity, primarily seen in the prefrontal cortex, is a multitasking activity,” Dr. Shestyuk said.

“fMRI studies often find that when a task gets progressively harder, we see more activity in the brain, and the prefrontal cortex in particular. Here, we are able to see that this is not because the neurons are working really, really hard and firing all the time, but rather, more areas of the cortex are getting recruited.”

Food For Thought: How Your Belly Controls Your Brain

By , Founder of aNewKindOfHuman.com

What if I told you that your belly exercises a great deal of control over your brain?

Now before you dismiss this possibility, and close your mind to the prospect of learning something remarkable, ask yourself if you have ever felt butterflies in your stomach, saw something so disturbing it made you feel sick to your stomach, or experienced a gut feeling about something? What about when you are hungry, has it ever made you feel moody?

Our bellies and brains are actually physically and biochemically connected in a multitude of ways, which means the state of our intestines can literally change the way our brains work and behave. In fact, approximately 90% of serotonin (which regulates our mood) is actually produced in our belly, and only 10% in the brain.

As a nutritionist, microbiologist, and neuroscientist, Ruairi Robertson of Harvard University is passionate about the link between our bellies and brains, which scientists have yet to fully grasp. He became especially interested in this relationship after learning about a study where mice completely lost their instinctual fear of cats, simply because of ingesting a microbe Toxoplasma gondii. Interestingly, even after it was removed from the body their behavior continued, which suggests it changes the structure of the brain.

Wendy Ingram/Adrienne Greene

His research is examining how our intestines and the microbes within them can influence both physical and mental health, and most importantly how our diets influence this relationship. You can listen to his incredible TEDx talk below;

Is it time for government to regulate internet giants to prevent thought monopolies?

Image: Is it time for government to regulate internet giants to prevent thought monopolies?

(Natural News)
Calls are increasing for Big Social platforms like Google, Facebook, and Twitter to be regulated like public utilities given their immense influence over what people see, read, hear and ultimately think, as well as how they spend their money.

This online dominance has similarly brought forth the related issue of monopolistic control.

A monopoly does not constitute an automatic legal violation, however, University of Texas law professor Abraham Wickelgren, an antitrust expert, explained in a recent UTNews interview.

In the U.S., it is not in itself illegal to have monopoly power – when one company controls a market for a specific good. It is only illegal to try to acquire or maintain monopoly power in a way that excludes or hinders competitors – and is thus bad for consumers.

UTNews noted that Facebook and Google currently control about 70 percent of all online advertising. When asked if this could draw scrutiny from federal antitrust regulators, the professor had this to say.

If advertisers simply prefer placing ads on Facebook and Google to placing them on news websites, they are free to do so. What is a problem is using a position of market dominance to reduce competition either by excluding or cooperating with rivals. For example, if Facebook and Google got together and agreed on the prices they would charge advertisers, that would be illegal price fixing.

Health Ranger Mike Adams, founding editor of Natural News, has previously called for powerful Silicon Valley tech giants which abide by a leftist, progressive ideology to be regulated through a content neutrality law that would prevent them “from selectively silencing websites and video channels they don’t like for purely political reasons.”

A New York Times Op-Ed published in April seemed to agree with the Health Ranger, suggesting that the government may need to regulate these Internet giants given their gatekeeping sway over web traffic and e-commerce.

We are going to have to decide fairly soon whether Google, Facebook and Amazon are the kinds of natural monopolies that need to be regulated, or whether we allow the status quo to continue, pretending that unfettered monoliths don’t inflict damage on our privacy and democracy.

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai, who led the successful effort to repeal net neutrality rules, has called out the big social media networks for blocking content that they don’t like while at the same time pushing for regulation of Internet service providers under the guise of advocacy for a free and open Internet.

Before he left his job as White House chief strategist for President Trump, Breitbart News executive chairman Steve Bannon supposedly floated the idea of regulating Google and Facebook along the lines of public utilities, according to The Intercept, which clarified what that might mean.

Regulating a company as a utility does not mean that the government controls it, but rather that it is much more tightly regulated in what it is able to do and prices it is able to charge. And it doesn’t mean every element of the company would be regulated in that way. For Google… it may only be the search function that would be regulated like a utility.

As Natural News readers are well aware, Google has been suspected of manipulating search results for various reasons, political or otherwise, and its YouTube subsidiary also been accused of arbitrarily demonetizing the channels of legitimate conservative and libertarian commentators as a form of economic censorship. Twitter has similarly been accused of suspending or shadow banning Trump supporters and others as well as throttling tweets that don’t fit within a politically correct perspective. And Facebook has come under scrutiny for various practices. Last year, for example, Facebook implemented revamped curation procedures after it appeared to be censoring conservative-oriented news from its trending topics feed. (Related: Read more about online censorship at NewsCartels.com.)

Recall that Google fired software engineer James Damore for writing a 10-page essay from a centrist standpoint challenging the tech giant’s far left, diversity-at-all-costs culture, a progressive agenda that simultaneously rejects intellectual diversity. This is the same organization that creates the search algorithms upon which almost every Internet user relies.

Taken collectively, alleged anti-competitive methods by the social network giants may make some form of regulation from an anti-trust standpoint appropriate, but any form of oversight would have to be carefully crafted to avoid any infringement on the First Amendment, among other legal implications.

Parenthetically, the Health Ranger developed GoodGopher.com (which, unlike Google, doesn’t spy on the user), providing uncensored search results from thousands of independent media websites.

102-Year-Old Man Who Thought His Family Died During WWII Meets His Nephew For The First Time

By  Amanda Froelich Truth Theory

Imagine having survived the Holocaust, only to learn your entire family was killed by the Nazis. Undoubtedly, such would be hard to swallow, but it’s a truth 102-year-old Eliahu Pietruszka managed to cope with.

At the age of 24, Pietruszka moved away from Poland to escape the start of WWII. He left his entire family behind, including his younger brother, Volf. Though Volf survived the Nazi death camp, where the rest of his family perished, he was sent to a Siberian work camp. It was there Eliahu believed he had died.

However, thanks to the aid of an organization, the centenarian learned this was not actually the case. As a result, the man who believed his entire family had died was recently able to meet his nephew.

It turns out, Volf made it through the war and settled in Russia. The survivor’s grandson later found a testimony in records at Yad Vashem, Israel’s office commemorating the victims of the Holocaust, filled out in 2005 for his older brother, whom he thought had died.

GoodNewsNetwork reports that Alexandre, Volf’s only child, still lives in the same Russian village his father had. After learning about Eliahu, a reunion was organized. With tears streaming down his cheeks, Eliahu cupped his nephew’s face and said he was a “copy” of his father.

“I have waited for 70 years to see you. 70 years,” Eliahu told his nephew.

After decades of believing his family had died at the hands of Nazis, the 102-year-old learned he isn’t truly alone in this world. As a result, he says, he feels like the meeting has provided a fitting end to a long, eventful life.

Cops Thought Innocent Man Shoplifted a Shirt, So 50 SWAT Cops Tore Down His House

swatswat

Greenwood Village, CO – An innocent man’s home was destroyed by police after 50 SWAT officers responded to reports of a man shoplifting a shirt and two belts from a store. Even though the city declared the man’s house a complete loss, he was given just $5,000 in compensation, and he is now filing a lawsuit for “just compensation.

Leo Lech lost his home in June 2015, after police launched a 19-hour standoff that included the use of armored vehicles, breaching rams, high-caliber rifles, chemical agents, flash-bang grenades and remote-controlled robots. While his home became “collateral damage,” neither Lech nor his family had any ties to the target the officers were pursuing.

It all started when a 30-year-old man was accused of shoplifting a shirt and two belts from a local Walmart. Police claim that when they approached Robert Jonathan Seacat, he fled the scene and officers followed him. After he drove to a nearby light rail stop, he abandoned the car he was driving and took shelter in a random house.

According to a report from the Denver Post, officers claimed that when they entered the home, “Seacat, who was on an upper floor, fired four or five shots through the floor at officers below.” Police decided to respond to one man barricaded in a home and armed with a handgun by employing 50 SWAT officers and a host of expensive technology, destroying the majority of the home, before they found their suspect in a bathroom and arrested him.

The National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) described the strategy used by the SWAT officers as “calculated destruction,” in which they launched explosives throughout the house, room-by-room, in order to isolate Seacat. A report from Reason described the standoff:

“Though accounts of Seacat’s weaponry differ, court documents provide a startling summary of the police arsenal: 50 SWAT officers bombarded Lech’s property with 40 mm rounds, tear gas, flashbang grenades, two armored Bearcats, and breaching rams. A total of ‘68 cold chemical munitions and four hot gas munitions’ were detonated inside the Greenwood Village home.

Remote-controlled robots were also used during the raid. The first robot was deployed to track Seacat’s whereabouts inside the house and attempt to deliver a phone to Seacat so that he could directly communicate with police. However, the robot could not maneuver through the debris inside the home, and eventually got stuck.

To retrieve the robot, an officer attempted to throw a flashbang grenade upstairs toward Seacat to create a diversion. However, the grenade bounced back downstairs toward the team of officers, forcing them to scatter and retreat. The official report states that the grenade ‘failed to land in its desired location.’ Eventually, a second robot was used to retrieve the first one.”

While one may wonder why Seacat continued to stay in the house, even after police spent several hours using extreme methods to get him out, a review from the NTOA reported by the Denver Post, claimed that, Seacat was not only actively using methamphetamine, but he had also swallowed containers of the substance, which were now leaking into his system.”

As a result of Seacat’s impaired state, the review concluded that the chemical agents used by the officers likely did not affect him, noting, “One can only speculate as to the effect this had on Seacat’s ability to think rationally, and to what degree the drug minimized the effects of any chemical munitions, which were later introduced.”

The amount of force and technology police used, in order to arrest a man who was suspected of shoplifting clothes from Walmart is bizarre, but the fact that they seemed intent on practically destroying an innocent man’s home is even worse.

According to the report from Reason, the commanding officer during the raid, Dustin Varney, instructed his team to “take as much of the building as needed, without making the roof fall,” and that is exactly what they did.

Image via The Denver Post

“They came and they destroyed the house. It was condemned, it had to be torn down, and they offered me $5,000,” Lech told the Denver Post, noting that his son’s family, who was renting the house from him, had all of their personal belongings destroyed, and were never compensated.

Although Lech’s house was declared “a complete loss” following the raid, the City of Greenwood Village offered him just $5,000 for temporary living arrangements. In response, he filed a federal lawsuit, claiming civil rights violations, and unjust compensation from the government. Lech told CBS Denver that he expects his case to be heard in federal court in January 2018.

102-year-old Holocaust survivor who thought his entire family died meets nephew he didn't know existed

A 102-year-old Polish man who believed his entire family had died in the Holocaust was reduced to tears this week when he met a nephew that he didn’t know he had.

Eliahu Pietruszka was just 24 years old when he fled Warsaw in 1939 during World War II, according to the Associated Press.

He headed to the Soviet Union, leaving behind his parents and twin brothers Volf and Zelig, who were nine years younger than him. Both of his parents and Zelig were later transported from the Warsaw Ghetto to a Nazi death camp where they were killed, but Volf somehow managed to escape to the Soviet Union as well.

AP reports that Eliahu was able to briefly get in contact with Volf before he was sent to a Siberian work camp by the Soviets.

Assuming his last living relative was killed in Siberia, Eliahu later married a woman in Russia and relocated to Israel in 1949 to rebuild his family.

But just two weeks ago, Shakhar Smorodinsky, a grandson of Eliahu, received an email from a cousin living in Canada who was in the process of mapping out her family tree.

She had uncovered a page dedicated to Eliahu on Israel’s Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial’s comprehensive online database, a genealogy tool that has reunited hundreds of Holocaust survivors with their relatives.

The profile was filled out in 2005 by Volf Pietruszka, who apparently thought his older brother had died.

After conducting more research, the family discovered that Volf had survived his time in the Siberian work camp and resettled in an industrial city in Russia’s Ural Mountains to live as a construction worker.

Smorodinsky found his last known address, only to discover that Volf had died in 2011. However, he learned that Volf’s only son Alexandre still lived in the remote Russian town — and after a brief chat on Skype, 66-year-old Alexandre agreed to fly out and visit his long-lost uncle.

On Thursday, Eliahu met Alexandre for the first time in the lobby of his retirement home. Emotional footage of the event shows the two strangers embracing and kissing each other on the cheek through streams of tears.

“You are a copy of your father,” said an overwhelmed Eliahu. “I haven’t slept in two nights waiting for you.”

“It’s a miracle. I never thought this would happen,” said a tearful Alexandre.

Eliahu, who is now a great-grandfather of 10, said the reunion fulfilled a life-long dream of his.

“I am overjoyed,” he said. “This shows it is never too late. People can always find what they are looking for if they try hard enough. I succeeded.”

They Thought She Was Insane Before Doctor Finds RFID Chip In A Sex Trafficking Victim

Next Story

The International Labor Organization estimates that there are 20.9 million human trafficking victims worldwide and 4.5 million people trapped in forced sex trafficking around the globe. At least 100,000 children are prostituted annually in the U.S., adding to the $9.8 billion U.S. sex trafficking industry. This is an extremely lucrative business, as pimps typically make between $150K and $200K per child annually and exploit 4-6 girls, on average.

Human trafficking remains a major problem worldwide, and it’s not just pimps and escaped convicts involved. It’s politicians, the elite, wealthy businessmen, your neighbours, and oftentimes the people that you’d least expect. There was an astonishing 35.7% increase in the amount of human trafficking victims in the U.S. between 2015 and 2016, and that’s just the known number of victims. This begs the question: Are we getting better at finding them, or are an increasing number of people being forced to sell their bodies? Sadly, statistics suggest the latter.

Technology has played an integral role in finding these victims in recent years; however, technology can also enable human trafficking through the dark net and even through the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chips. One doctor recently came forward, whose identity will be kept anonymous, to share his story in surgically removing an RFID chip in a female sex trafficking victim. How can the healthcare system help these victims and what can we do to put an end to human trafficking?

Doctor Extracts RFID Chip From Sex Trafficking Victim

In October 2016, a 28-year-old woman walked into a hospital claiming that she had a tracker inside of her body. Although the doctor said the woman looked respectable, the nurses and doctors on site were still skeptical of her story, until they gave her an X-ray.

“Embedded in the right side of her flank is a small metallic object only a little bit larger than a grain of rice. But it’s there. It’s unequivocally there. She has a tracker in her. And no one was speaking for like five seconds — and in a busy ER that’s saying something,” the doctor explained.

As it turned out, that small metal object was an RFID chip. “It’s used to tag cats and dogs. And someone had tagged her like an animal, like she was somebody’s pet that they owned,” he continued.

It’s important to note that RFID chips aren’t like every other tracking device or GPS system. The type of chip that was inside this woman could only have been used to track her if the person tracking her was nearby. This means that she was likely kept in a confined area with her captor, as if she truly were a pet who needed to be kept close to her owner.

In truth, she was forced into the world of sex trafficking by her boyfriend, who was acting as her pimp. He chipped her to ensure her compliance, forcing her to sell her body for sex and then give him the money. This isn’t an unusual practice, either, as many industries, from prostitution to manufacturing to domestic service, will chip their “employees.” (source) Read more about RFID chips and their potential and current uses in our CE article here.

Already in use, RFID chips stand to become common technology. An American company called Applied Digital Solutions developed one the size of a grain of rice and it’s already been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for distribution and implementation. You can read more about that in our CE article here.

The potential issues regarding microchipping the human race are endless. Would we have any privacy? It’s easy to imagine how the elite and the government could use microchips to further control the general population. Is it even safe to put inside of our bodies or would we experience another drastic increase in cancer rates? Plus, if this becomes common practice in the world of human trafficking, would this help us find victims or would it only help those controlling them?

How Healthcare Providers and Others Can Help Trafficking Victims

Human trafficking has been a serious issue for decades, from underground elite pedophile rings to slavery to sex trafficking. The level of corruption may seem overwhelming, but there’s always something we can do to help! One industry in particular that can help free sex trafficking victims is the healthcare system.

As many as 88% of sex trafficking victims end up in ERs while they’re still being held captive. This means that hospital staff have the opportunity to interact with these victims and thus help them escape. The difficulty is identifying sex traffickers and then understanding how to get them the help they need.

A quarter of healthcare providers believe that their patients have been involved with human trafficking, yet very few are actually educated on how to correctly handle this situation. There are almost 6,000 hospitals in the United States, yet only 60 of them have specific protocols in place if they suspect one of their patients is a trafficking victim. As a result, an alarming 95% of ER personnel are not adequately trained in treating trafficking victims.

Unfortunately, it all comes down to lack of funding, as many hospitals simply cannot afford to run education programs for their staff or offer additional services to trafficking victims. Fortunately, that’s not the case in every instance.  A number of hospitals and doctors in Hawaii, New York, Texas, and Massachusetts have recently opened up free clinics for trafficking victims.

And it’s not just healthcare providers that are stepping up; for example, Ashton Kutcher recently designed a software that is currently being used by 4,000 officers in the U.S., which allows law enforcers to reduce investigation time by 60%. Another tool that his company developed, Solace, is anticipated to be able to cut down investigation time from three years to only three weeks. You can read more about his technologies and his work fighting human trafficking in our CE article here.

Kutcher actually highlighted another industry that has the power to make a huge difference to the lives of sex trafficking victims during his speech to U.S. Congress — the foster care system. In 2016, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children estimated that one in six endangered runaways reported to them were likely sex trafficking victims.

Ashton states, “I was astonished to find out that 70% of the inmates in the prisons across this country have touched the foster care system and 80% of the people on death row were at some point in time exposed to the foster care system… Foster care children are 4 times more likely to be exposed to sexual abuse. That’s a breeding ground for trafficking, I promise you that.”

Another trafficking pipeline he mentions is the lack of mental health support offered to both the victims and their perpetrators. We cannot just hand people prescriptions and assume that this will put an end to their nightmares. Anyone who is subject to this kind of abuse, or is the abuser themselves, will likely require long-term counselling and therapy.

This isn’t just an issue of search and rescue, either. Human trafficking can only be stopped if we work toward fixing the entire system. This means understanding why this happens in the first place so we can prevent it from occurring as well as providing better support to victims and perpetrators after the fact.

Perhaps if the government allocated more resources toward finding these victims and preventing these underground rings from existing in the first place, human trafficking wouldn’t be such a large-scale issue. However, the sad reality is, the U.S. government and the forces that control it are a huge part of the problem.

U.S. Government and Elite Involvement in Sex Trafficking

According to the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection, the U.S. has the largest share — a whopping 50% — of commercialized child pornography websites in the world. Countless Americans each year will also engage in sex tourism, which is when someone travels to countries with less strict or no laws surrounding prostitution and child sex slavery, yet they’re very rarely caught doing so.

There has also been a lot of speculation lately on child sex rings being used by the U.S. government. You may be familiar with the PizzaGate scandal, which allegedly unearthed a very high-level elitist global pedophile ring the U.S. government was involved in.

It emerged when Wikileaks released tens of thousands of emails from the former White House Chief of Staff under Bill Clinton, Jon Podesta, who also served as Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager. It’s because of these emails that many claimed Jon Podesta was a part of these child trafficking rings as well.

Below is a video of award winning American journalist Ben Swann explaining the Pizzagate controversy in detail:

This isn’t the first time people were concerned over sexual abuse by government officials. Ted Gunderson, former FBI special agent and head of their L.A. office, worked to uncover years worth of information on high-level pedophilia, sexual abuse, and satanic rituals performed by the elite. You can read more about that in our CE article here.

Gunderson worked alongside Brice Taylor, a sex slave involved with an extension of the CIA program MK Ultra. You can watch her testimony here:

Former U.S. representative Cynthia McKinney also knew about the government’s relationship to human trafficking, and she actually addressed it in 2005. She grilled Donald Rumsfeld on DynCorp’s child trafficking business of selling women and children (source).

Another individual involved in high-level trafficking was Jeffrey E. Epstein, who in 2009 pleaded guilty to charges of soliciting prostitution from girls as young as fourteen. He served just over a year in jail and became a registered high-risk sex offender. He was close to Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, and many other elitists.

According to former U.S. State Department official Steve Pieczenik, the Clintons and many more “have been a major part and participant of what’s called the Lolita Express, which is a plane owned by Mr. Jeff Epstein, a wealthy multi-millionaire who flies down to the Bahamas and allows Bill and Hillary Clinton to engage in sex with minors — that is called Pedophilia” (source).

Numerous victims involved in elite sex rings and occult sex rituals have come forward, exposing high-level corruption in regards to human sex trafficking and pedophilia. One of the more recent victims to come forward was a woman named Kendall who was sold at birth into a powerful, high-level international sex ring. You can read more about her story in our CE article here.

Where Do We Go From Here?

It’s easy to get overwhelmed by all of the darkness in the world, and society often places the blame on others and demonizes those involved with these violent acts. We tend to dehumanize pedophiles, child molesters, rapists, and abusers, demanding punishment for their crimes and responding to their actions with hate and anger. However, if we fail to recognize the humanity in them, how will we ever learn why these violent acts occurred in the first place?

Have you ever made a mistake that forced you to really question your humanity? In reality, our mistakes don’t dehumanize us, they’re part of what makes us human in the first place. Our mistakes help us learn and grow as spiritual beings, which begs the question: Can we ever really make a mistake? Nevertheless, it’s still disheartening that these “mistakes” include violent acts such as rape, pedophilia, and human trafficking.

We shouldn’t be encouraging trafficking victims to hate their perpetrators, nor should we be judging or expressing hatred toward those involved with the facilitation of sex rings and human trafficking. By choosing hate, we end up bottling up anger and resentment, which ultimately hurts no one but ourselves. If we choose forgiveness instead, we can learn to better cope with the more difficult events in our lives. Even if you feel the perpetrator doesn’t deserve forgiveness, I’m sure you can agree that the victim deserves freedom.

Choosing forgiveness doesn’t have to mean compliance, either. We can still change this reality without attaching ourselves to our emotions. By shifting our consciousness and educating others, we can make a difference!

VIDEO: Forget everything you thought you knew about Hezbollah

The regimes of Saudi Arabia, Israel and beyond this, successive US leaders have been engaged in a long-time disinformation campaign against the Lebanese political party and popular resistance movement, Hezbollah.

Hezbollah is today, one of the most dynamic political forces in Lebanon whose firm opposition to the Takfiri terrorism of groups like al-Qaeda and ISIS has been vindicated by the victory of the Syrian government over foreign funded jihadists.

Hezbollah traces its origins back to the second phase of the Lebanese civil war. After Israel invaded and occupied Lebanon in 1982 and began exploiting Lebanon’s sectarian tensions, Hezbollah officially formed in 1985 as an anti-occupation resistance movement whose primary goal was freeing Lebanon of foreign occupation.

The same year Israel invaded Lebanon, it orchestrated the Sabra and Shatila massacre in which 3,500 Palestinian and Lebanese civilians were brutally slaughtered. This event was pivotal in helping to galvanise the volunteers who would eventually form Hezbollah as a means of defending those who were erstwhile defenceless.

Since the official end of the Lebanese Civil War in 1990, Hezbollah has consolidated its experience and has become a highly influential political movement. Although centred around its Shi’a core in southern and eastern Lebanon, Hezbollah has come to win support from many diverse factions which comprise Lebanese society.

During his recent trip to Moscow, Lebanese Foreign Minister Geral Bassil of the primarily Maronite Christian Free Patriotic Movement, praised Hezbollah’s role in keeping Lebanon safe from jihadist terrorism. Hezbollah’s armed wing serves as a kind of national guard for Lebanon and in recent years, Hezbollah has volunteered to aid the Syrian Arab Army along with its Russian and Iranian allies in fighting terrorism. Hezbollah recently conducted joint operations with the Syrian Arab Army which resulted in the full defeat of al-Qaeda/al-Nusra and ISIS along the mountainous Syria-Lebanon border.

Today, Hezbollah has the third highest number of seats of any party in the majority March 8 Alliance in the Lebanese parliament. Hezbollah also has two cabinet ministers in the coalition government.

Hezbollah which styles itself as the Islamic Resistance of Lebanon is opposed to further Saudi influence in Lebanon while seeking to maintain partnerships with Iran and Syria. Hezbollah continues to win votes as its volunteers build many roads, schools and hospitals in Lebanon in areas that the central government has traditionally neglected.

Now watch this new video about the past, present and future of Hezbollah:
