During his stay in Las Vegas, he offered to advise municipality and security officials, but said he never heard back from them.
He told the Jewish Telegraph Agency that despite his tremendous experience with the results of terror attacks, the mass shooting in Las Vegas hit him hard.
“On one hand, you do exceptional things to save a human life. Then one crazy piece of s— comes to kill without blinking an eye,” he told JTA.
“It was clear, I don’t know why, that it was destined for calamity,” he added, while recalling his visit to Las Vegas.
The massacre in Las Vegas has shocked Israel and led to emotional reactions.
The Tel Aviv municipality, for example, decided to light up the city hall in the colors of the Stars and Stripes after the attack.
“The facade of the building displayed an American flag and an Israeli flag, toggling between the two, to show support after the Sunday night shooting in Las Vegas,” The Times of Israel reported.
Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat, who uses to go to the scene of every terror attack in the holy city and even apprehended a terrorist last year, sent his condolences to Carolyn Goodman the Jewish mayor of Las Vegas.
“On behalf of all residents of Jerusalem, I send my condolences to you and the people of Las Vegas following this tragic and deadly attack,” Barkat wrote in his letter to Goodman.
“Our sympathy and prayers extend to you, the families of the victims, the hundreds of people injured, the residents of Las Vegas, and to all the people of the United States,” the mayor added, while emphasizing that the U.S. and Israel will show those who threaten the shared values of both countries will not win.
American Jerusalem Post contributor Vladimir Minkov, meanwhile, addressed the increasing calls for gun control laws in the U.S. after the Vegas massacre.
According to Minkov, gun control laws are not the answer to the shootings in the United States, but a return to the Ten Commandments and Judeo-Christian morality is.
“The USA was founded on the Judeo-Christian morality of the Bible with its Ten Commandments one of which proclaims: YOU SHALL NOT MURDER,” Minkov wrote, adding that “ in the Judeo-Christian moral universe you are not murdering not because you do not have a gun but because you believe in the sanctity of human life.”
While calling upon Americans — politicians and citizens alike — to return to God for the governance of their lives, Minkov stated that “the more citizens we have who follow the guidance of the Ten Commandments and of the entire Judeo-Christian morality, the less probable will be another massacre of the Las-Vegas-massacre type.”
While questions remain as to whether the Federal Bureau of Investigation had prior knowledge of the Las Vegas shooting, the victim of another terrorist attack on United States soil is speaking out, and attempting to hold the FBI accountable for the suffering he endured.
In May 2015, two men opened fire outside of a provocative “Draw Muhammad” event in Garland, Texas. While the suspects were ultimately the only casualties, the attack is notable in that it became the first ISIS-claimed attack on American soil. It is also notable, because of the close proximity between an FBI agent and one of the suspects—both before and during the attack.
Bruce Joiner, a security guard who was shot and wounded after Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi opened fire outside of the event, is now suing the FBI for $8 million. He has filed a lawsuit claiming that FBI agents “solicited, encouraged, directed and aided members of ISIS in planning and carrying out the May 3 attack.”
As the Washington Examiner noted, if Joiner does not reach a settlement with the Bureau, “the case could shake loose hundreds of documents from both local and federal officials about what happened that day, and could answer the question of why an FBI agent was in a car directly behind the attackers and did nothing as the events unfolded.”
Simpson gained the FBI’s attention a few years before the attack, as a Muslim who they saw as vulnerable to radicalization. In fact, FBI agents were reportedly monitoring him in the weeks leading up to the attack, and there was even an agent in a car following him to the scene, who did nothing to prevent the crime.
According to a report from CBS News, court records revealed that the FBI agent who was in the car directly behind Simpson and Soofi during the attack had “texted Simpson just weeks before with the message, ‘Tear up Texas,’” and he was even “taking pictures of the car about 30 seconds before the first shots were fired.” As soon as the suspects opened fire, the agent fled the scene.
As The Free Thought Project reported, both local law enforcement and the FBI did not respond to warnings from a woman connected to Anonymous, who cautioned that there was going to be an ISIS-inspired attack at the event—just days before it happened.
“The FBI helped the terrorists obtain a weapon that was used in the attack by lifting a hold during a background check, incited the terrorist to attack the Garland event, and even sent an agent to accompany the terrorists as they carried out the attack,” the lawsuit states, according to a report from the Washington Examiner.
The lawsuit also calls out former FBI Director James Comey, claiming that he worked to cover up the Bureau’s prior knowledge of the threat posed by Simpson:
“In the aftermath of the attack, former FBI Director James Comey lied to the American people by claiming that Simpson was a needle in a haystack’ that was ‘invisible to us.’ Even after it had come to light that an undercover FBI agent had been communicating extensively with the terrorists during the week prior to the event and had accompanied them as they carried out the attack, the FBI continued to assert that ‘[t]here was no advance knowledge of a plot to attack the cartoon drawing contest.’”
The issues alleged in the lawsuit could be explosive if the FBI is forced to acknowledge and respond. In addition to the accusation that the Bureau’s agents encouraged and directed the attack, the claim that the agents lifted a hold during a background check, in order to help Simpson and Soofi obtain the firearms used in the attack, is incredibly important. It is a reminder that even if gun control measures requiring strict background checks become law, the FBI has the power to bypass them, in order to serve their agenda.
As WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange recently noted, “Almost all ‘terror’ plots are created by the FBI as part of its business model.” While his comments were in reference to the Las Vegas shooting, the underlying principle applies to a number of both foiled and deadly attacks.
Almost all “terror” plots are created by the FBI as part of its business model.
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange weighed in on last Sunday night’s deadly mass shooting in Las Vegas, and he pointed out that the FBI has a sordid history of targeting mentally ill and emotionally unstable individuals.
“Almost all ‘terror’ plots are created by the FBI as part of its business model,” Assange wrote.
Almost all “terror” plots are created by the FBI as part of its business model.
Arguably one of the world’s most respected journalists, whom members of the federal government want to label a spy, Assange linked his comments to a Business Insider story written by Caroline Simone titled, “The FBI is ‘manufacturing terrorism cases’ on a greater scale than ever before.” Simone wrote an echo piece from the New York Times which indicated that 67% of terrorism criminal cases also involved evidence provided by undercover FBI agents.
Simone wrote an echo piece for the New York Times, which indicated that 67 percent of terrorism criminal cases also involved evidence provided by undercover FBI agents.
Sami Osmakac is one such poor and emotionally unstable individual, also referenced in Assange’s tweet, who the FBI groomed to be one of their nabbed terrorists. Democracy Now covered the Osmakac case and provided a synopsis:
“How the FBI Created a Terrorist.” That’s the subtitle of a new exposé in The Intercept by Trevor Aaronson, a journalist who investigates the FBI’s use of informants in sting operations. The article tells the story of Sami Osmakac, a mentally disturbed, financially unstable young man who was targeted by an elaborately orchestrated FBI sting in early 2012. The operation involved a paid informant who hired Osmakac for a job, when he was too broke to afford inert government weapons. The FBI provided the weapons seen in a so-called martyrdom video Osmakac filmed before he planned to deliver what he believed was a car bomb to a bar in Tampa, Florida. His family believes Osmakac never would have initiated such a plot without the FBI.
The F.B.I. has significantly increased its use of stings in terrorism cases, employing agents and informants to pose as jihadists, bomb makers, gun dealers or online “friends” in hundreds of investigations into Americans suspected of supporting the Islamic State, records and interviews show.
Unfortunately, the list of individuals the FBI has entrapped, as some have charged, also includes dozens of individuals who are either mentally ill or emotionally unstable.
“They’re manufacturing terrorism cases,” said Michael German, a former undercover agent with the F.B.I. who researches national security law at New York University’s Brennan Center for Justice. In many of the recent prosecutions, he said, “these people are five steps away from being a danger to the United States.
Critics such as Michael German should know, he used to work for the FBI as an undercover agent. German charges that if left alone, those so-called terrorists would likely not hurt anyone. However, the FBI disagrees. They contend if they wait around and do nothing, those individuals with terrorist leanings will act on their plans and impulses.
Ironically enough, Fox News’ Judge Napolitano agrees. He addressed the FBI’s controversial practice of latching on to emotionally unstable individuals, befriending them, giving them a terror plot to conduct, empowering them to conduct it, and giving them the final pushes needed to carry out those terror plots. Here’s the segment below:
Napolitano accurately reported that all of the attempted terror plots the FBI has interrupted, were, in his words, “created by the Feds.” In other words, they manufacture a terror plot, locate a willing participant to be characterized as the bad guy “terrorist,” and then foil the plot just as it is about to be carried out.
Do you remember the “shoe bomber,” the “underwear bomber” and the “Times Square bomber“? The individuals at the heart of those foiled terror plots were, in Napolitano’s words “bumbling fools,” or bad actors in the FBI’s planned foiled terrorist operations, but who were stopped concerned citizens—not the FBI.
But Napolitano calls the “morecurious cases,” the ones who the FBI groomed, empowered and unsurprisingly nabbed just before they carried out their attacks. The judge charges the FBI “befriended, cajoled, and persuaded them” to attack Americans. Doesn’t that make them a State-sponsor of terrorism, albeit foiled terrorism?
Unfortunately, there is inherent risk involved with arming potential terrorists for a FBI-sponsored terror sting. Sometimes those plots don’t go as plan and there is always a potential for the bad actor to actually be successful with going through with the terrorist attack.
It is still too early to know if Paddock was one such bad actor in an FBI terror sting operation gone bad. According to the lead FBI agent in the “1-October” case, Aaron Rouse, the FBI is tracking down every lead both in the U.S. and overseas, and if people want to report any information, they should contact the FBI directly.
Taken together, Assange’s tweet, combined with the accurate reporting of left-leaning New York Times and right-leaning Fox News, a vivid picture emerges. The left, the right, and the independent are all becoming aware of just how dangerous the FBI’s anti-terrorism stings can be, especially if Paddock’s murderous rampage is revealed to be the work of an FBI sting operation gone bad.
Bad actors are needed, after all, to continue the endless War on Terror, and they are useful in creating revenue for the FBI, Assange contended. He wrote that they are especially needed for “taxes” and represent a “stable” and legitimate “threat.” Assange also added the plot, execute, intercept model the FBI currently uses is their “business model.” Without it, presumably, their business fails.
Members of an organization the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI have designated as a domestic terrorist group are planning to disrupt Columbus Day by defacing statues of explorer Christopher Columbus, who is credited with discovering a land mass that would eventually become the United States.
As reported by PJ Media, the planned action is merely the latest in ongoing efforts by a Left-wing hate group to attack American traditions and culture:
Five Christopher Columbus statues have already been vandalized in New York City in recent weeks, according to Far Left Watch. In one case last month, vandals defaced a “larger-than-life” statue of Columbus in Central Park, leaving blood-red paint on his hands, and scrawled, “Hate will not be tolerated” and “#SomethingsComing” on its pedestal.
What is coming appears to be a coordinated campaign to destroy monuments all across the country on Columbus Day.
The NYC-based Antifa group Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement (RAM) made the announcement on Thursday, September 21, calling on Antifa groups nationwide to “decorate” their neighborhoods.
According to Far Left Watch, RAM is “an extremely militant group that advocates for the violent redistribution of property” and for “the abolition of gender.”
“The battles lines have been drawn and white supremacists are on notice,” the anarchists wrote in a statement on the website. “White nationalist statues are crumbling all over the US as our collective revolutionary power is growing.”
What we want to know is why Attorney General Jeff Sessions has yet to mobilize an FBI task force to round up these anarchist, destructive thugs and put them on trial as terrorists. Because that’s what they are, plain and simple, and until the Justice Department begins to treat them as such, these groups will only grow and become more violent and destructive.
Short of that, local groups of armed residents in towns across the country where there are Columbus statues should organize 24-7 patrols to guard these national treasures and keep them from being destroyed by people who ought to be behind bars.

Few Americans are aware that the FBI actively plots a wide assortment of domestic terrorism scenarios in the United States for the purpose of recruiting targeted individuals into taking part in the plot, then arresting them as “terrorists.” Remarkably, this shocking reality was documented by none other than the New York Times in 2012, which detailed the FBI’s terrorism “sting” operations while asking whether it is appropriate for the FBI to be engaged in the plotting, planning and pseudo-execution of such mass terrorism crimes.
Now, with the FBI clearly engaged in at least some level of a cover-up with the Las Vegas Mandalay Bay massacre, intelligent, rational people are starting to ask a very disturbing question: Was the Las Vegas massacre another FBI terror plot that “accidentally” went live?
No one is suggesting the FBI would intentionally plot the murder of Americans — well, unless they’re black of course, since the FBI did pen a letter to MLK, Jr. and tell him to commit suicide — but is it possible they staged all this, recruited the shooter, gave him the plans and then accidentally dropped the ball and allowed it all to unintentionally go into “live” status? Given the history of the FBI plotting, planning and executing dozens of actual terrorist plots on U.S. soil, it’s not an unreasonable question to consider.
The history of the FBI’s own terror plots across the United States reveals that the FBI is America’s most prolific source of terror plots
Natural News has extensively covered the ongoing domestic terrorism plots that are schemed up by the FBI:
This pattern and history of the FBI dreaming up mass terrorism plots in the United States brings up the obvious question: Was the Mandalay Bay shooting actually schemed up by the FBI in an attempted sting operation gone bad? And is the FBI now attempting to cover its tracks to avoid the massive backlash that would ensue if the truth about such a monumental failure were learned? There’s no public evidence we’ve seen yet to suggest the FBI planned this attack, of course, but the criminality of former FBI head James Comey — combined with the FBI’s current suspicious behavior and suspicious cover-up — have many people beginning to ask a whole new question: Is the FBI somehow complicit in this heinous crime?
(For the record, I personally know several retired FBI agents who are outstanding individuals, and many agents within the FBI are determined, courageous, pro-America patriots who would never go along with such a nefarious plot. However, as with any federal agency, there are also other sub-groups within the FBI who abuse their power and operate with no such ethics. And there’s no denying the FBI was recently headed by a traitor and criminal cover-up artist named James Comey.)
I explore all this in the following podcast, which details the patterns of the FBI, the criminality of James Comey and the possibility that the FBI may have inadvertently been involved in this mass shooting as yet another staged “terror plot” that went bad:
Under James Comey, the FBI perfected the art of the cover-up
Nowhere in the history of FBI / DOJ prosecutions of obstruction of justice has anyone been let off because “they didn’t mean to do it.” Violations of national security laws do not require proof of intent. The action of destroying evidence, regardless of intent, is a felony violation of federal law. Yet James Comey willingly participated in a cover-up so treasonous and dishonest that he has forever tainted the reputation of the FBI as a law enforcement agency. (This is regrettable and highly frustrating to the honest, law-abiding FBI agents who also exist in the agency, often fighting against the deep state bureaucracy above them that ties their hands and prevents them from doing their jobs.)
Now, the FBI has cemented its reputation as a “cover-up” institution that sweeps evidence under the rug in order to achieve political aims. James Comey, of course, was a political operative working for the deep state Left. The Comey elements inside the FBI may very well be sweeping evidence under the rug right now that proves Stephen Paddock was radicalized by Antifa or other left-wing forces. Or, just as likely, the FBI may be trying to cover up its own involvement in planning, plotting and inadvertently aiding the execution of the entire mass shooting as part of yet another “terror plot” the agency was staging in order to nab another terrorism candidate.
Thanks to James Comey, no reasonable person can trust the FBI right now to tell the truth
The real challenge right now is found in the fact that thanks to James Comey’s lying and criminal conspiracy, nobody in their right mind can trust the FBI at this moment. The reputation of the agency is seriously damaged. Now, reasonable Americans can never be quite sure if the FBI is telling the truth, lying or covering up evidence that doesn’t fit the agency’s deep state political narrative.
Adding to the weight of all that, the FBI took to the air less than 12 hours after the shooting to announce they had somehow completed a massive investigation into Stephen Paddock’s possible ties with international terrorist organizations and come to the conclusion that he had no such ties. Via BusinessInsider.com:
…[A] senior US government official told Reuters that the gunman had no known connections to the Islamic State and was not on any database of suspected terrorists. An FBI special agent named Aaron Rouse said at a press conference on Monday, “We have determined to this point no connection with an international terrorist group.”
The idea that this investigation could be completed in less than 12 hours after the shooting took place is so absurd and insane that it screams out, “Cover-up!” At best, the FBI might be able to say, “We have not yet determined whether a connection exists,” but to say they have determined “no connection” is outlandish.
Don’t forget that time when the Obama regime deliberately armed madmen with powerful rifles that went on to kill 200+ people
Judicial Watch announced today released Justice Department documents showing that weapons sent from the U.S. into Mexico as part of the Obama administration’s Operation Fast and Furious gunrunning program have been widely used by major Mexican drug cartels. According to the new records, over the past three years, a total of 94 Fast and Furious firearms have been recovered in Mexico City and 12 Mexican states, with the majority being seized in Sonora, Chihuahua and Sinaloa. Of the weapons recovered, 82 were rifles and 12 were pistols identified as having been part of the Fast and Furious program. Reports suggest the Fast and Furious guns are tied to at least 69 killings.
Fast and Furious was a Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) “gunrunning” operation in which the Obama administration allowed guns to be sold to Mexican drug cartels in the hope the weapons would be recovered at crime scenes. Fast and Furious weapons have been implicated in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and hundreds of other innocents in Mexico. Prior reports tie Fast and Furious weapons to at least 200 deaths in Mexico alone.
So it is an irrefutable fact to state that the United States government has willingly put firearms into the hands of dangerous individuals who used those firearms to kill innocent people. And they did it in order to declare war on the Second Amendment, of course, exactly as we’re seeing unfold right now. That irrefutable fact seems to be forgotten in all this news about the Mandalay Bay massacre.
Yes, the federal government has a history of scheming up terror plots and putting guns into the hands of madmen that result in mass shootings
In conclusion, yes, the U.S. federal government has an undeniable history of deliberately putting guns into the hands of madmen who use them to commit mass murder. This is irrefutable. The FBI also has an undeniable history of lying to the public, covering up evidence and refusing to prosecute high-level officials engaged in treasonous crimes against this nation and its people. Truthfully stated, if you or I did what the FBI has done, we would be arrested and charged with domestic terrorism.
Understanding all this, no reasonable person can yet rule out the FBI’s possible complicity in the Las Vegas Mandalay Bay shooting. While there’s not yet any hard evidence to prove the FBI was involved — and such evidence will of course never be allowed to see the light of day — there’s a tremendous amount of evidence and historical proof that the FBI and ATF have both been involved in similar events in recent history, literally working hand in hand with bad actors who went on to murder hundreds of people.
Given that the ATF and FBI both seek to promote nationwide gun control agendas — and the repeal of the Second Amendment — it’s not unreasonable to suspect the Las Vegas Mandalay Bay massacre could have been part of an elaborate false flag operation. Again, we have no proof of that conclusion, but we also can’t yet rule it out.
If we could actually trust the FBI and ATF to operate with honesty and transparency while obeying the law, this would all be a different story. But sadly, we now live in a nation whose bureaucracy has been so corrupted and infiltrated by nefarious deep state operatives, it’s no longer an absurd thought to realize that elements ofyour own government have been weaponized against you (and much of what plays out on the national media stage is elaborate theater designed to achieve a specific political goal). If you don’t think your government has been weaponized against you, go read up on the IRS and Lois Lerner, or realize the EPA now runs tactical assault teams with body armor and AR-15 firearms.
To really get a download on how bad the situation has become, read the book “Battlefield America” by John W. Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute (Rutherford.org). And then realize that if Hillary Clinton were President right now, Congress would be repealing the Second Amendment right this very minute…
The Australian government wants to strengthen its counterterrorism efforts by making use of a fundamental part of all Australian citizens: their faces.
On Thursday, at a national security meeting in Canberra, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is expected to pressure states and territories to hand over the driver’s license photos of every citizen, which would be added to the federal government’s database of passport and citizenship application photos.
The licenses would be a prized jewel: They are more prevalent than passports, and they have more regularly updated photos that can be fed into a sweeping surveillance system, to the alarm of privacy advocates.
The government contends that its Face Verification Service helps combat identity theft and terrorist plots. The push for more photos will “further advance and harmonize our response to the threat of terrorism, Mr. Turnbull said.
Bilderberg has gained a reputation as the world’s most secretive group of billionaires and political leaders who conspire to impact global events—but reports indicate that they don’t hold a candle to another group that includes a host of war criminals responsible for the “War on Terror.”
The group is named Le Cercle. In a report dated Sept. 13, 1982, the German publication Der Spiegel describes it as a “legal cartel” made up of “loyal Bundesnachrichtendienst agents, foreign intelligence agents, reactionary politicians and ultra-right journalists” who played a crucial role in the 1980 election.
The existence of the group was revealed by Bavarian constitutional protector Hans Langemann. According to the report, he described the group as:
“In the case of CERCLE, which is clearly defamatory,” as far as my earlier knowledge of the BND “and my present knowledge are concerned, a “loose” “concentration “about two times a year and at various” places of conservative- anti-Communist politician,” “publicists, bankers, and VIPs of other professions,” “which originated in the former French Prime Minister Antoine PINAY, and the circle to which guests are invited continues to this day.”
Former U.S. Defense Secretary and President of the World Bank Paul Wolfowitz, former Iraqi Coalition Provisional Authority Leader Paul Bremer, former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and former Chairman of the Defense Department’s Defense Policy Board Richard Perle—some of the most notable neoconservative architects of the Iraq War—are all reportedly members.
Other reported American members of Le Cercle include former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, former Directors of Central Intelligence Bill Casey and William Colby, and former President Richard Nixon after he left the White House.
In a report from The Independent dated June 28, 1997, the “exclusive think-tank said to be funded by the CIA” is mentioned because its chairman at the time, former Member of Parliament Jonathan Aitken, was reportedly going to be removed over a libel trial that ultimately sent him to prison for perjury.
Accusations that Le Cercle receives funding from the CIA have been made by Robin Ramsay, editor of Lobster Magazine; and by John E Lewis, author of “The Mammoth Book of Cover-Ups.”
As the report noted, “the group’s existence is only occasionally disclosed” following its creation in the 1950s:
“Cercle was intended to cement Franco-German relations, as a buffer to Soviet aggression during the Cold War. Down the years, however, it has become much more, advocating right-wing causes round the world and growing into a confidential talking shop for about 70 politicians, businessmen, polemicists and personnel from the diplomatic and security services. Members are invited to attend its meetings; they cannot ask to be admitted, and as a condition of attending they agree to keep all sessions secret. It meets twice a year, once in Washington DC in the autumn and once in the early part of the year in an ‘overseas’ venue.”
The Independent described senior member Brian Crozier as an “author and well-known Cold-Warrior with close ties to MI6 and the CIA” who wrote a “planning paper” for Le Cercle in 1979. In addition to securing changes of government in Germany and the United Kingdom (where Margaret Thatcher became Prime Minister in 1979), the agenda included objectives such as:
“Undercover financial transactions for political aims”
“International campaigns aiming to discredit hostile personalities or events”
“Creation of a (private) intelligence service specializing in a selective point of view”
“Establishment of offices under suitable cover each run by a coordinator from the central office. Current plans cover London, Washington, Paris, Munich and Madrid”
In a report on the history of Le Cercle, British news source True Publica noted that the 1982 Langemann Papers were “the first significant leak to expose the activities of Le Cercle, confirming that the group was actively involved in influencing Western European elections.”
“Its purpose is to subvert the democratic principles and processes of individual countries and are by nature ideologically ‘hawkish’ – distributing propaganda, stoking fear of communist plots from Russia, vote rigging and hacking the accounts of politicians and prominent global figures. Promoting the ‘war on terror’ has been a major factor in their activities of recent years and in so doing broker weapons deals and setting up false flag operations the world over to suit its own agenda.”
While the majority of the information surrounding Le Cercle is covert and secretive—especially regarding its activity in recent years—one of the most important things to remember about the think tank is that its presence is well-documented, its members include influential U.S. politicians, there have been accusations of funding by the CIA, and yet mainstream media in the United States has ignored its existence and influence for decades.
At least one person was killed and another injured in Marseille after a white van crashed into two bus shelters in different parts of the southern French city.
Police said he is a French national who did not live in Marseille but was known to the authorities.
The first person was killed at 8.15am local time (7.15am BST) after a white Renault Master van, believed to be stolen earlier this morning, smashed into a bus shelter in the Red Cross neighbourhood in the 13th arrondissement, in the poorer eastern part of the city.
An hour later, at 9am local time (8am BST), the woman was injured after another bus shelter was driven into on Avenue des Peintres-Roux outside a KFC branch in La Valentine, in the 11th arrondissement.
The driver was then arrested on Boulevard Charles Livon in the Old Port area, about eight miles west of the first crash.
The crashes come as French police have joined in the search for Younes Abouyaaqoub, 22, who is suspected to have been the driver of the van which ploughed into dozens of people in Barcelona on Thursday, killing 13 people.
Spanish authorities fear the terror attack perpetrator has fled to France as they have still not managed to pin him down in Spain.
The source, added: “At the moment we have no information on the motives of this individual.”
ISIS supporters have already started praising the incident.
The crash comes as France remains on high alert following a series of terror attacks over the past two years.
A handful of ISIS supporters have used trucks and cars to cause carnage in several French cities and towns, including nearby Nice on Bastille Day last year.
Earlier this month six counter-terror soldiers were injured after a man rammed his BMW into them outside a Paris barracks in a “deliberate act of terror”.
The week after a 13-year-old girl was killed on the outdoor terrace of a pizzeria in Sept-Sorts, a small town east of Paris, after a man deliberately rammed his grey BMW into the restaurant.
Earlier today it was revealed Paris police found an arsenal of rocket launchers last Thursday in the capital’s Saint-Denis neighbourhood which is known for being home to several ISIS sympathisers and terrorists.
Three anti-tank rocket launchers as well as automatic rifles, explosives, 12 and 9mm calibre ammunition were found.
Police also found 40kg of cannabis resin, police lights and bulletproof vests in a bicycle room inside the house.
Two suspects, aged 30 and 40, who had been under surveillance for several weeks, were arrested and placed in custody.
Ministers have expressed concern at how easily extremists can hire vans and cars in the wake of the Barcelona attack
British drivers will face extra checks when renting cars and vans to ensure they are not extremists in the wake of a string of deadly terror attacks using vehicles.
Ministers are ordering the crackdown amid growing concern over how easily extremists are renting vehicles and using them to mow down pedestrians in attacks.
It comes after 14 people were killed when terrorists plowed into passersby in Barcelona and seaside town of Cambrils on Thursday.
This year in the UK, vehicles have been at the center of deadly attacks on Westminster, London Bridge and Finsbury Park.
The incidents sparked suggestions van rental could be subject to more stringent checks, while officers appealed for vehicle hire and haulage firms with suspicions about rental attempts to come forward.
Ministers are proposing rental companies share drivers’ data with the Government so it could be checked against a terror watch list before a vehicle is released for hire.
Toby Poston, director of external relations at the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA), told the Sunday Telegraph: “The industry is looking at ways to share data with the authorities in as real time as possible so it can be cross-referenced with counter-terrorism watch lists.”
A Government spokeswoman confirmed that the Department for Transport is working with the police and the vehicle rental industry to look at tightening up regulations.
“The threat from terrorism is changing and so must our response,” she said.
“That is why we are reviewing our counter-terrorism strategy and powers and why we have plowed extra resources into counter-terrorism.
“The Department for Transport is also working with the police and the vehicle rental industry to explore what more can be done to prevent the malicious use of hire vehicles.
“This includes looking at what more rental companies could do before an individual can hire a vehicle.”
The potential for large vehicles to inflict mass casualties was laid bare in horrifying fashion in July last year when a lorry drove through crowds gathered to celebrate Bastille Day in Nice, killing 86 people and injuring scores of others.
Then in December 2016, an attacker drove a lorry into a crowded Christmas market in central Berlin, killing 12 people.
In June, eight people were killed when terrorists mowed down pedestrians and went on a stabbing rampage in Borough Market.
Khuram Butt, the ringleader of the London Bridge terror gang, had attempted to hire a 7.5-tonne lorry hours before the attack.
However, his payment method failed so he resorted to “plan B” and rented a white van which plowed into pedestrians as the perpetrators launched their deadly rampage.
UK authorities have also been looking closely at physical security measures.
Earlier this year, police announced plans to step up the use of the National Barrier Asset – a collection of temporary equipment including security fences and gates – to protect crowded events.
Scotland Yard reviewed the security of 33 bridges around the capital and a number were fitted with barriers designed for “hostile vehicle mitigation”.
Guidance for armed police has also been tweaked.
Previously, firearms officers had the option of shooting at a moving vehicle, but this was discouraged as it was felt it could increase the risk to the public.
But the guidance has been revised so that firing at a car, van or lorry when it is on the move is an accepted tactic for incidents such as those seen in Nice and Westminster.
Containing the threat posed by “low-tech” attack methods such as the use of knives or vehicles is one of the major challenges for security services as they attempt to stop Islamic State-directed or inspired plots.
