“If you’re an elected official, and you want to keep things the way they are ― if you want to keep gun laws as they are now ― you will not get re-elected in Broward County,” Israel told a crowd that erupted in cheers.
Thousands attended the Parkland, Florida, vigil held at an amphitheater lit by candles and dotted with 17 four-foot-high angels ― one for each of the victims.
Community leaders spoke to the crowd as parents and students comforted each other, at one point leading a chant: “No more guns!”
At a news conference earlier on Thursday, Israel urged lawmakers to give police and mental health professionals more power to involuntarily detain people who post disturbing content on social media. The sheriff said accused gunman Nikolas Cruz posted “very disturbing” images prior to the rampage.
“We need to have the power to take that person and bring them before mental health professionals at that particular time, involuntarily, and have them examined,” he said. “People are going to be rightfully concerned about their rights ― as am I. But what about these students? What about the rights of young kids who go to schools?”
Israel said he wished officials had the legal authority to act “if they see something on social media, if they see graphic pictures of rifles and blood and gore and guns and bombs, if they see something, horrific language, if they see a person talking about ‘I want to grow up to be a serial killer.’”
In a familiar theme, top Democrats have called for policy change in the wake of the shooting while top Republicans ― including House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) ― have argued against “politicizing” the tragedy.
The shocking revelations uncovered in yesterday’s release of the FISA memo reveal a pattern of treason among top officials at the FBI and DOJ, warns Congressman Paul Gosar of Arizona. The FISA memo documented how the most powerful law enforcement elements of the United States government were weaponized under President Obama to illegally spy on Republican political targets. A secret FISA warrant application that gained approval for the spying operation was fraudulently engineered, relying largely on a fictional “dossier” of salacious lies that was largely funded by the Clinton campaign.
Furthermore, false stories were planted in left-wing media outlets to lend “credence” to the fake dossier, and publishers such as Mother Jones, CNN, NYT and the Washington Post gladly played along as propaganda puppets in this dangerous charade. In effect, the left-wing media, FBI, DOJ, Clinton operatives and Obama administration all conspired to roll out “a coup against America,” warns Daniel Greenfield. (These tactics, interestingly enough, mirror the fraud, deceptions and militant “dark ops” actions of the corrupt vaccine industry, which has been extensively documented at Vaccines.news.)
“Clear and convincing evidence of treason…”
The statement released by congressman Paul Gosar cites “clear and convincing evidence of treason” and warns that the actions of Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein and others “is not just criminal but constitutes treason.”
His full statement:
The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence memorandum on the FBI abuse of FISA warrants and targeting a sitting President is not just evidence of incompetence but clear and convincing evidence of treason.
The FBI knowingly took false information from the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign and then used it to smear Donald Trump in order to hurt his campaign.
This is third world politics where the official government agencies are used as campaign attack dogs. The full throated adoption of this illegal misconduct and abuse of FISA by James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and Rod Rosenstein is not just criminal but constitutes treason. I will be leading a letter to the Attorney General seeking criminal prosecution against these traitors to our nation.
Finally. Let me say this to those members of Congress who fought so hard to keep the truth from the American public. Your efforts to protect a corrupt organization are duly noted. I am not surprised Sen. Flake has again cast his lot with the Democrats and those that attack true patriots. Good riddance.
Lynch, Rosenstein, Comey, McCabe, Yates and Strzok… all TREASONOUS criminals and enemies of America
The FISA memo, released by members of Congress who investigated the scandal, reveals a dangerous pattern of fraud, abuse of power and outright treason on the part of numerous Obama operatives, including Loretta Lynch, Rod Rosenstein, Jomes Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates and others. Even more shockingly, these deep state operatives literally colluded with Russian sources to develop the fictitious “Trump dossier” that they used to commit FISA court fraud. As Breitbart.com explains:
Much of the “salacious and unverified” material in the dossier came from the Russians. In other words, those disgusting dossier lies about Trump’s personal behavior came from Russian operatives. So there is no question that it was the Clinton campaign, Democrats, Steele, the FBI, and DOJ who colluded with the Russians to rig a presidential election.
This realization proves just how dangerous the Left Cult has become, demonstrating that they are totalitarians through and through, believing that the “proper” role of government is to be deployed as a weapon to destroy political opponents. In effect, as I’ve stated numerous times, these revelations prove that Democrats are not qualified to participate in any democracy. They do not honor the rule of law, and they reject the outcomes of any elections they don’t fully control. It’s clear from these events that Democrats are a clear and present danger to this Republic (and all its citizens).
Under current U.S. law, individuals found guilty of treason may be put to death
Today, I am calling for the arrest, indictment and prosecution of not only these individuals who committed acts of fraud and treason, but also the arrest and indictment of so-called “journalists” who took money to plant fake stories in the left-wing media. They are complicit, of course, in the treason. And it’s time they finally faced real repercussions for their role in the attempted political coup targeting our country.
Real Americas must also get prepared to defend your country against the attempted violent coup of the deranged Left, which first tried to achieve a coup via “shadow government” means, but has now been exposed. Their next gambit will involve a physical “revolt” attempt that’s likely to thrust America into a bloody civil war conflict across many U.S. cities.
Ultimately, it’s clear that Democrats respect no laws or democratic processes whatsoever and are filled with so much blinding anger and rage that they are incapable of being reasoned with. This is what makes them so dangerous to any civil society. Sooner or later, We the People are going to have to defend our country against their animated attempts to overthrow it by force.
Finally, investigations that follow the facts of the FISA memo will inescapably lead to the doorstep of both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, both of whom have deliberately acted as criminal traitors to this country. If we are to take back this country from the deep state shadow government, both Clinton and Obama must be arrested and indicted for their roles in these high crimes of treason that targeted our sacred Republic. It’s likely that Obama will never actually face criminal indictment due to the protections inherent in the Office of the Presidency, but Hillary Clinton’s crimes of theft of government property, destruction of evidence, mishandling of secret materials and criminal conspiracy enjoy no such protections.
If Clinton is not ultimately indicted before the end of 2020, then we have forever lost our country to the swamp. This is the key milestone to watch. It is the true litmus test of whether the United States of America is a nation with true equality under the law. It’s even ironic, by the way, that Hillary Clinton demands “equality” when it comes to gender and social issues, yet she has never been held to anything resembling equal accountability under the law.
Perhaps that day is finally coming in the near future.
The clearest indication yet that the “Deep State” is real and not some figment of a conspiracy theorist’s imagination was revealed Monday evening by a Texas lawmaker in an interview with Fox News.
In an appearance with Martha McCallum, Rep. John Radcliffe, along with Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said they and their staffs had reviewed some 50,000 text messages between disgraced FBI counterterrorism agent Peter Strzok and his mistress, FBI lawyer Lisa Page that Attorney General Jeff Sessions had made available.
After poring over those messages, Radcliffe made a stunning statement regarding their contents.
“What we learned today in the thousands of text messages that we’ve reviewed that perhaps they may not have done that (checked their bias at the door),” he said.
“There’s certainly a factual basis to question whether or not they acted on that bias. We know about this insurance policy that was referenced in trying to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president,” he continued, as reported by The National Sentinel.
“We learned today from information that in the immediate aftermath of his election that there may have been a ‘secret society’ of folks within the Department of Justice and the FBI to include Page and Strzok to be working against him,” the Texas lawmaker said, in a bombshell.
Let that sink in for a moment: A “secret society” of Deep State operatives within agencies of the U.S. government — not some second-tier authoritarian power or third-world banana republic.
The United States of America.
Radcliffe’s stunning statement came amid calls from Republicans and tens of millions of Americans for a second special counsel to investigate what very clearly appears to be a massive abuse of our justice and intelligence systems for the sake of thwarting a duly elected president.
You couldn’t script this any better as a Hollywood political thriller.
“I have spoken to the Inspector General and a review is already underway to ascertain what occurred and to determine if these records can be recovered in any other way. If any wrongdoing were to be found to have caused this gap, appropriate legal disciplinary action measures will be taken,” he continued.
Many Republicans are incredulous that an agency as advanced technologically as the FBI could just “lose” text messages — especially given the agency’s expertise in the forensic retrieval of electronic data.
And yet, like we were supposed to believe that Hillary Clinton’s 33,000 emails she never turned over to investigators and the IRS’ loss of data in the scandal involving the targeting of conservative groups before the 2012 election, now we’re expected to swallow this whole as well.
These same lawmakers have been screaming for Jeff Sessions to appoint a second special counsel to look into all of this; I agree. He should put his investigators first on Radcliffe’s allegations because to date those are the most serious, as well as the biggest confirmation thus far that a “Deep State” not only does exist but serves to undermine our republican (small “r”) form of government.
Fox News Channel Special Report
January 22, 2018
6:20:46 PM Eastern [3 minutes 26 seconds]
BRET BAIER: This is a Fox News Alert. Lawmakers are going over several hundred pages of newly released texts between two former members of the team run by the special counsel investigating Russian Collusion. But getting most of the attention tonight is what they are not seeing. Here’s Chief Intelligence Correspondent Catherine Herridge. Good evening Catherine.
CATHERINE HERRIDGE: Well, good evening Bret. Late today, Fox News obtained a statement from Attorney General Jeff Sessions confirming that two FBI officials have sent more than 50,000 text messages over a two-year period. The Justice Department’s internal watchdog, the Inspector General, is now investigating whether the missing records can be recovered and whether their disappearance was deliberate.
[Cuts to video]
JIM JORDAN (R-OH): Of course we need a second special counsel to get to the bottom of all this and answer the many questions we have.
HERRIDGE: Congressional Republicans are calling out the FBI after learning five months of text messages between two key bureau officials in the Clinton e-mail and Russia investigations are missing. The text messages between FBI agent Peter Strzok and his then-mistress FBI lawyer Lisa Page range from December 2016, one month after President Trump’s election, to May, when then FBI Director James Comey was fired and Special Counsel Robert Mueller took over the Russia case.
According to this letter from Senator Ron Johnson, who chairs the Governmental Affairs Committee, the FBI blamed a technical problem for the bureau’s failure to capture and preserve the records.
DAVE JOYCE: (R-OH) People need to be terminated or prosecuted because they say they lost these things but I don’t think Verizon or AT&T or the phone companies have lost those records.
HERRIDGE: The nearly 400 pages of text provided to Congress suggest then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch knew the FBI would recommend against prosecution before Hillary Clinton’s July 2016 FBI interview about mishandling classified information.
Four days after Lynch met with Bill Clinton on an Arizona tarmac, where they claimed to discuss grandchildren, and a day before Hillary Clinton’s FBI interview, on July 1, 2016, Strzok tells Page: “Timing looks like hell. Will appear to be choreographed.” Page agreed and later replied: “It’s a real profile in courage. Since she knows no charges will be brought.”
The texts appear to undercut Comey’s July 2016 claim he acted alone when recommending against criminal charges.
JAMES COMEY: I have not coordinated this statement or reviewed it in any way with the Department of Justice or any other part of the government.
[Cuts back to live]
HERRIDGE: In a separate development over the weekend, the Republican chairmen of the House Intelligence, and Judiciary and Oversight committees met behind closed doors to discuss the next steps for the four-page memo that alleges government surveillance abuses during the 2016 election. A Senior Democrat says the memo omits key details and the findings are exaggerated. Bret.
BAIER: Just doing the math here, 50,000 texts over two years. That averages to 68 and a half texts per day. 68 and a half. This is in a crucial time period.
HERRIDGE: Look, that five-month window really covers some of the big events. One lawmaker said to me today: If Strzok and Page that this so-called “insurance policy” this is when there would be evidence that it was implemented in some way. After the president was elected, during the transition when he’s briefed on the dossier, Flynn’s interview by Strzok as part of the Russia case, then the firing of Comey and the appointment of the special counsel. I mean, these are the big pillars of this investigation.
BAIER: Well, we’ll see if someone has the text and we’ll stay on it. Catherine, thank you.
Baltimore’s spending panel has approved a $135,000 payment to settle a lawsuit filed by an unarmed man who was shot in the leg by police.
The payment to John Rau III settles the lawsuit he filed against police Major Byron Conaway and the Baltimore Police Department. The Board of Estimates, which is controlled by Mayor Catherine Pugh, voted for the deal.
At issue were the events of Sept. 28, 2015, near the 2400 block of Washington Boulevard in Morrell Park. Conaway approached Rau, suspecting narcotics activity, according to city officials.
Conaway said Rau did not respond to commands and refused to show his hands. Fearing Rau was armed, Conaway shot Rau in the thigh. No weapons and drugs were found on Rau.
Rau said he suffered physical, emotional, mental and financial injuries as a result of the shooting. He filed a lawsuit seeking $1 million in damages.
City lawyers said they decided to settle the case after reviewing the facts and legal issues involved in the suit.
In 2016, Baltimore prosecutors said the police commander did nothing illegal and determined the shooting was justified. The prosecutor who investigated the case told The Baltimore Sun at the time that Conaway had no way of knowing that Rau wasn’t armed.
Prosecutors explain why they decided shooting by Baltimore police commander was justified
The shooting was captured by a surveillance camera.
Rau told investigators he couldn’t initially tell who Conaway was, then was startled when the officer drew his firearm and pointed it toward him, according to his taped interview with police.
“I ain’t do nothing, and you’re pointing a gun at me,” Rau said. “I just had a feeling he was going to shoot me. And he shot me.”

(Natural News) Albert Einstein is broadly credited with saying that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results. By that definition, the entire healthcare profession of most of the developed world is insane. Why else would they continue to insist, year after year, that people be vaccinated against the flu, when year after year, the vaccine proves to be ineffective?
The U.K.’s Daily Mail recently reported that this year’s flu vaccine (unsurprisingly) is targeted at the wrong strains, and that the thousands of people who have already received the shot have wasted their own time and the government’s money.
U.S. publications, including The New York Times, are reporting that we are experiencing the same problem on this side of the pond.
This year’s flu season is shaping up to be a bad one. Much of the country endured a bitterly cold stretch, causing more people to be crowded together inside. The strain that has been most pervasive, H3N2, is nastier than most. And, we’re being told, the vaccine this year is particularly ineffective. [Emphasis added]
Of course, The Times immediately went on to stress that people should still get the flu shot, but then they would do that, because they seem to echo whatever Big Pharma – and its advertising dollars – want them to say.
The Mail reported that Public Health England (PHE) has officially announced that the trivalent vaccine, which is supposed to prevent one “B” strain and two “A” strains of the flu, is ineffective against this year’s two most prevalent and virulent strains: The B/Yamagata type, and H3N2, a particularly aggressive strain known as “Aussie flu.”
Between them, these two strains have placed immense strain on the resources of the U.K.’s already overburdened National Health Service (NHS).
Ambulances have recorded long delays, while A&E staff have been so busy dealing with flu patients in their casualty units, that they have been unable to transfer other patients from ambulances in order to receive care.
Health officials have noted that over 55,000 surgeries have had to be canceled because of the “extreme” additional pressure placed on hospitals by the flu outbreak. Meanwhile, dozens of hospitals have warned that there are no free beds available for new patients.
Experts had already been warning that the flu shot is totally worthless in the oldest and most vulnerable of flu patients – those over the age of 75 – who are most often pushed to receive the vaccine as a protective measure.
According to the PHE, even though 11 million Brits received their flu shot in 2016, the number of deaths attributable to the disease increased by 40 percent. This year’s shot is set to be even more useless, with only a projected 20 percent efficacy rate.
H3N2 is also a particularly nasty strain … To put it into perspective, back when H1N1 was making headlines as swine flu in 2009, it infected just over 51,000 folks in Australia. This year, H3N2 sickened over 215,000 Australians.
Readers need not despair, however. Prevention is ALWAYS better than cure, and the best way to prevent getting sick from any virus is to build up your immune system.
