Finally: A Dating Website For Whites Only

Various ethno-dating websites cater to the needs of Latinos, Indians, Chinese, Japanese, Blacks, Jews and Arabs, yet dating sites exclusively for Whites are almost non-existent. WhiteDate intends to fill this void by offering people of European descent to find a partner who shares ethnicity but also cultural background as well as similar beliefs supporting long lasting and fulfilling relationships.

We specifically invite men with vision and women with values, who understand that a stable family unit is very desirable as it not only leads to personal fulfillment and happiness but also represents a core asset to a peaceful and prosperous society.

Traditional men are seeking women who have woken up to the power of femininity embracing beauty, softness, and grace, and who trust men to take initiative during the dating game.

Unfortunately, a lot of work needs to be done to de-program the brainwashed minds from feminism and nihilism telling men and women that sexuality is merely a consumer good and that future generations do not matter.

Nevertheless, we noticed that a general awakening is taking place motivating Millennials and Generation Z to revolt against the narrative imposed by the Western media and education system. They understand that the enforced disconnection from their ancestry and the nudging into consumerism turn them into rootless individuals, like feathers in the wind, always yearning for the next hedonistic stimulus but never finding profound connection nor satisfaction.

Many women had to bear numerous painful experiences before understanding that the myth of equality made them act against the course of nature disenchanting and frustrating men by chasing them and thus depriving men from the pleasure of conquest.

We would like more women to understand that the grandmother rules (@TheRulesBook) were invented to protect women, that these rules are still valid and lead to successful selection of a loving partner.

Naturally we hope that both genders dust off almost forgotten etiquette and behaviour patterns that are necessary to establish and maintain any kind of human relationship. Generously overlooking the question why our education system ‘forgot’ to teach us such important skills, we are determined to catch up as autodidacts.

Inspiration can be found in books recommended in this blog.

We wish all European men and women to find love and happiness by building beautiful families and to participate in the continuation of the European peoples, cultures and spirits.

Netanyahu Finally in the Dock?

Netanyahu Finally in the Dock?

by Stephen Lendman ( – Home – Stephen Lendman)

Following many months of investigation, Israeli police intend recommending Netanyahu be indicted for bribery and breach of trust.

His most serious high crimes aren’t addressed, including wars of aggression on Gaza, along with daily state terror against millions of defenseless Palestinians – far graver offenses than civil wrongdoing.

Israeli police don’t charge or prosecute offenders. Israel’s attorney general heads its Prosecution Service, bringing charges when made against allegedly culpable individuals.

The Prosecution Service is charged with representing Israeli police in court proceedings.

Have years of wrongdoing finally caught up to Netanyahu? He calls what’s going on a coup attempt. Others hope his downfall is near.

Earlier articles explained he might be charged with bribery, fraud, and breach of trust, including for accepting about $1.1 million in illicit gifts from accused French fraudster Arnaud Mimran, Israeli billionaire Arnon Milchan and others.

He could face charges in so-called Cases 1,000 and 2,000 – the first on suspicion of inappropriately or illegally receiving lavish gifts from wealthy supporters, amounting to possible bribery.

The second case involves him getting caught red-handed on tape, negotiating a quid pro quo with Yedioth Ahronoth publisher Arnon Mozes for more favorable broadsheet coverage in return for legislation prohibiting distribution of the free daily Israel Hayom, YA’s main competitor, owned by Netanyahu supporter Sheldon Adelson.

Mozes was caught on tape, saying “(i)f we can come to an agreement (for legislation prohibiting Israel Hayom’s free distribution), I will do all I can to make sure you stay (in power) as long as you want. I’m looking you in the eye, and saying this as clearly as I can.”

Haaretz editor-in-chief Aluf Benn believes Netanyahu’s days as prime minister are numbered, accusing him of lying and getting others to lie for him.

In saying he won’t step down voluntarily, he didn’t deny what’s explained above. He believes “political power is meant to serve those who wield it, not the public,” Benn stressed.

Israeli police formally recommended Netanyahu be charged with bribery and breach of trust Tuesday evening. On Monday, recommendations were presented to Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit. He alone can bring charges.

Close Netanyahu confidant Ari Harow turned state’s witness against him. So did Yesh Atid party leader/former Likud finance minister Yair Lapid – both figures reportedly providing police with key evidence.

Netanyahu’s wife Sara could face charges – for involvement in receiving large illicit gifts, along with using public funds for personal housekeeping and other expenses.

Police also recommended Yedioth Ahronoth publisher Arnon Mozes be indicted for bribery. More information is expected in the days ahead. Others may face charges.

Likud’s main opposition party Zionist Union called for Netanyahu to resign immediately, issuing a statement saying:

“The police recommendations are clear, tough and decisive. It’s a difficult evening when Israel Police recommends prosecuting a prime minister in Israel with bribery, fraud and breach of trust.”

“Tonight, Zionist Union backs the police investigators, the chief of police and all the law enforcement bodies who did not flinch from investigating a prime minister. It’s a badge of honor for all of us.”

“The time has come to put an end to the culture of government corruption, which is destroying everything good in the country. After nine years of Netanyahu, the public deserves a new leadership and a clean, honest prime minister.”

Zionist Union leader Avi Gabby believes “the end of the Netanyahu era” is near.

Zionist Union MK Shelly Yachimovitch tweeted bluntly: “A corrupt tyrant with no restraint, whom the police ask to have accused of the most serious crimes of corruption, announces that he’s not going.”

“His actions are corrupt and ugly, his behavior is violent and egocentric, he’s prepared to destroy everything so long as he survives.”

“Go, go, corrupt man. And you, his partners, if you allow him to serve in this nightmare, then the stain of corruption will stick to you for ever too.”

Meretz party MK Ilan Gilon called for Netanyahu to resign, saying a “heavy shadow” hangs over him.

Joint (Arab) List party leader Ayman Odel said he’s “a corrupt and dangerous prime minister, and tonight he’s even more dangerous, because it’s clear that from the moment that his seat becomes unstable, he will do everything to stay in government. Netanyahu must go…”

Will Netanyahu finally be charged with wrongdoing, be prosecuted and forced to resign? Will he be convicted and imprisoned?

A previous article explained no Israeli politician was ever held accountable for high crimes against Palestinians, supporting terrorism, or terror-bombing other countries – far more serious offenses than civil wrongdoing.

Mel Gibson Finally Announces sequel to blockbuster The Passion Of The Christ

Anyone who knows their Bible knows that Jesus’ crucifixion was not the end of the story.

And now it’s reported that Jim Caviezel is set to reprise the role of Jesus in a sequel to Mel Gibson’s blockbuster The Passion Of The Christ.

Citing ICM Partners, which represents Caviezel, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed Tuesday that the actor is in negotiations with Gibson, who is likely set to produce and direct again.

The Passion Of The Christ was released in 2004 and grossed $612 million worldwide.

The film cost $30 million to make, was shot in Italy and the dialogue was in Aramaic, Herbew and Latin.

The R-rated movie also courted controversy with its graphic violence and alleged antisemitic undertones.

Purist: Gibson shot the 2004 film on location in Italy and the dialogue was in Aramaic, Hebrew and Latin. It was made for $30 million and grossed $612 million worldwide.

Death wasn’t the end of the biblical story: The R-rated movie also courted controversy with its graphic violence and alleged antisemitic undertones.

Caviezel, 49, is a devout Roman Catholic who is anti-abortion and who famously refused to do love scenes with a naked Jennifer Lopez in the film Angel Eyes.

According to, screen writer Randall Wallace, who wrote Gibson’s Oscar-winning Braveheart, had been working on a screenplay for The Passion Of The Christ: Resurrection.

Wallace told the trade publication in 2016 that his script was for ‘a huge and sacred subject’ and five months later Gibson revealed the name of the sequel during an interview on CBS’ The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, reported.

Meanwhile, Caviezel will star in the faith film Paul, Apostle of Christ slated for release in March, in time for the Easter weekend.

Rep. Trey Gowdy finally had it with Washington

Rep. Trey Gowdy

Trey Gowdy is done with politics.

The House Oversight Committee Chairman for years has joked privately about quitting Congress and returning home to South Carolina. On Wednesday, he finally pulled the plug – likely for good.

A rising star that many Republicans once considered a dark-horse for speaker of the House, Gowdy announced Wednesday he would not seek reelection or any political office and would instead return to the justice system. Sources close to him say he wants to return home, practice law and maybe teach and write a book with his friend Sen. Tim Scott.

“Whatever skills I may have are better utilized in a courtroom than in Congress, and I enjoy our justice system more than our political system,” the South Carolina Republican said.

And in a sign of Gowdy’s desire to step back from public life, he recently turned down a golden opportunity to become a federal judge.

White House counsel Don McGahn in recent weeks broached Gowdy, a former federal prosecutor, about filling a slot on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals – a newly vacated judgeship that Gowdy has eyed before, according to sources close to Gowdy. His fellow Palmetto State Republicans, Scott and Sen. Lindsey Graham, also urged him to accept the post.

But Gowdy, who’s long complained about the increasingly toxic nature of politics, turned down the position, the sources said.

“There is more civility in a death penalty case than there is in some congressional hearings,” Gowdy, who has won seven death penalty cases, recently told POLITICO.

Gowdy will become the eighth current chairman to depart Congress, but his decision is an extra blow to Speaker Paul Ryan, who often seeks Gowdy’s counsel on legal matters. Most recently, Gowdy has advised the Wisconsin Republican on how to navigate the increasingly partisan Russia investigation into President Donald Trump – and how to balance the GOP conference’s demand for scalps at the FBI.

But to anyone who knew the 53-year-old former House Benghazi Committee Chairman, the retirement is hardly a surprise. Gowdy rarely participated in House GOP events, rarely attending the weekly GOP conference, for example. He often talked privately about resenting the increasingly partisan atmosphere. And he loved to say that he wished he was home watching cheesy Hallmark movies with his wife.

Gowdy rose to prominence in 2013 for his fierce interrogation of IRS officials accused of targeting tea party groups for extra scrutiny – scoring headlines when he argued that Lois Lerner, the official at the center of the controversy, had “waived her right” when she boldly proclaimed her innocence before the House Oversight panel but then asserted her Fifth Amendment right.

The House ultimately held Lerner in contempt of Congress for refusing to answer questions about how conservative nonprofits applying for tax-exempt status were treated under the Obama administration.

Former Speaker John Boehner later appointed Gowdy to lead the House Benghazi Committee, a select panel charged with investigating the deaths of four Americans, including former U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, in Libya.

Gowdy was pummeled from the left and the right for his investigation: Democrats blasted him for overseeing a partisan “witch-hunt” against then-presidential candidate Hilary Clinton and conservatives – including his once-good friend Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) – snarled that he’d let Clinton off the hook.

Trump also knocked Gowdy for refusing to hold Clinton’s feet to the fire, calling him the “Benghazi loser.” Gowdy, however, said his investigation wasn’t going to make assumptions he couldn’t prove.

When Trump won the presidential election in 2016, Gowdy expected a call from the White House about the attorney general post. He was disappointed when he never even got an interview, sources close to him said. While the two never had a close relationship – and to this day, Gowdy says he’s never had a conversation with the president – he figured his legal acumen would make him a worthy candidate.

Full text: Announcement on Trey Gowdy retiring

Earlier this year, Republicans voted for Gowdy to lead the House Oversight Committee. Since then, his panel has overseen part of the Russia controversy, though most of his work on the matter has been focused in the House Intelligence Committee, a panel on which he is also a member.

Gowdy has found himself butting heads in recent months with Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) and other pro-Trump Republicans who have hinted at corruption at the FBI. He’s expressed concerns about anti-Trump texts by some FBI officials, and he has said on TV that Congress has a duty to oversee the agency. But behind the scenes he’s had to rein in some of his conservative colleagues who want to undercut the entirety of the Justice Department, which he views as essential to American life.

Gowdy’s exit is likely to open up a contentious race for the Oversight gavel. Jordan has long eyed the post, but the Freedom Caucus founder has been at odds with leadership for years and would have an uphill battle in winning the post from a committee of Ryan loyalists.

National Republicans said they expect a crowded primary to replace Gowdy in his Republican-leaning seat based in Greenville. Several names have already been floated as potential replacements, including state Rep. Dan Hamilton, state Rep. Garry Smith and Karen Floyd, a businesswoman and former South Carolina GOP party chairwoman.

Minutes after Gowdy’s announcement, Spartanburg County Republican Chairman and talk radio host Josh Kimbrell posted on Facebook that he was “exploring a run” to “keep the 4th District on the national stage in the conservative fight.”

Licorice root outperforms anti-viral meds for cold sores: Teenage girl is finally cured after trying every conventional treatment

Image: Licorice root outperforms anti-viral meds for cold sores: Teenage girl is finally cured after trying every conventional treatment

(Natural News)
A 18-year-old girl who had cold sores since she was five said that the only treatment that effectively worked to manage her sores is a licorice balm. Indigo Faulkner tried a lot of topical treatments and even anti-viral medications prescribed by her doctor to treat her cold sores, but all of these failed. She had suffered from an outbreak of painful, fluid-filled, blister-like sores on her lips every six to eight weeks, which consequently lowered her self-esteem, made her feel anxious, and antisocial.

The effectiveness of licorice is proven by science. In fact, researchers from Hamadan University of Medical Science in Iran found that licorice root can weaken the cold sore virus which lies dormant in the skin between outbreaks. In the study, they assessed the effects of licorice root on a virus called Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (HSV-1), which causes cold sores. The virus stays in the skin forever, which is why cold sores come back.

Cold sores begin to heal within 10 days. However, they may spread and be irritating or painful during the healing process. Moreover, cold sores are contagious, especially when the blisters burst. Thus, close direct contact must be avoided. Signs and symptoms of a cold sore include blisters on the tongue or mouth, mouth or tongue pain, lip swelling, possible swallowing difficulties, sore throat, swollen glands, high body temperature, dehydration, nausea, and headaches.

The research team aimed to determine the efficacy and the effect of of the licorice root extract treatment on Vero cells infected with HSV-1. They incubated the Vero cells after administering different concentrations of aqueous extracts of licorice. Then, they incubated the cells during different time courses. Moreover, they performed cytotoxicity assay to determine the 50 percent tissue culture infectious dose, as well as incubated HSV-1 with licorice root extract before the viral infection.

The findings of the study, published in the Journal of Clinical Investigation, revealed that the effectiveness of the licorice root extract differs, depending on the incubation period and pre-treatment of cells. In conclusion, the findings suggest that licorice root extract can be used as an anti-viral medication. (Related: 7 Natural Remedies That Will Heal Cold Sores…)

Other health benefits of licorice root

Licorice refers to the root of the plant Glycyrrhiza glabra, which is native to Europe and Asia. Over the years, it has been used by the early Egyptians and Chinese for its various medicinal uses. Aside from treating cold sores, licorice root is also used for treating eczema because of its antibacterial properties. Another medicinal use of licorice root is it soothes the stomach. Licorice root is usually used to soothe gastrointestinal problems, such as food poisoning, stomach ulcers, and heartburn. Its extract can accelerate the repair of the stomach lining and bring back balance because of its anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties.

Moreover, licorice root is also recommended for treating respiratory problems because it can help increase the production of healthy mucus, which in turn keeps the respiratory system functioning. In addition, supplements of licorice root can provide the adrenal gland some relief and stimulate it, especially during stress. The adrenal gland is overworked during stress because it constantly produces adrenaline and cortisol.

Furthermore, some studies suggest that licorice root can possibly help in treating breast and prostate cancers. Since it is also antibacterial, some health practitioners suggest applying licorice to teeth to get rid of tooth decay.

Why is the Israeli army finally worried about Gaza?

By Jonathan Cook in Nazareth

Last week Israeli military officials for the first time echoed what human rights groups and the United Nations have been saying for some time: that Gaza’s economy and infrastructure stand on the brink of collapse.

They should know.

More than 10 years ago the Israeli army tightened its grip on Gaza, enforcing a blockade on goods coming in and out of the tiny coastal enclave that left much of the 2-million-strong population there unemployed, impoverished and hopeless.

Since then, Israel has launched three separate major military assaults that have destroyed Gaza’s infrastructure, killed many thousands and left tens of thousands more homeless and traumatised.

Gaza is effectively an open-air prison, an extremely overcrowded one, with only a few hours of electricity a day and its ground water polluted by seawater and sewage.

After a decade of this horrifying experiment in human endurance, the Israeli army finally appears to be concerned about whether Gaza can cope much longer.

In recent days it has begun handing out forms, with more than a dozen questions, to the small number of Palestinians allowed briefly out of Gaza – mainly business people trading with Israel, those needing emergency medical treatment and family members accompanying them.

One question asks bluntly whether they are happy, another whom they blame for their economic troubles. A statistician might wonder whether the answers can be trusted, given that the sample group is so heavily dependent on Israel’s goodwill for their physical and financial survival.

But the survey does at least suggest that Israel’s top brass may be open to new thinking, after decades of treating Palestinians only as target practice, laboratory rats or sheep to be herded into cities, freeing up land for Jewish settlers. Has the army finally understood that Palestinians are human beings too, with limits to the suffering they can soak up?

According to the local media, the army is in part responding to practical concerns. It is reportedly worried that, if epidemics break out, the diseases will quickly spread into Israel.

And if Gaza’s economy collapses too, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians could be banging on Israel’s door – or rather storming its hi-tech incarceration fence – to be allowed in. The army has no realistic contingency plans for either scenario.

It may be considering too its image – and defence case – if its commanders ever find themselves in the dock at the International Criminal Court in the Hague accused of war crimes.

Worse to come

Nonetheless, neither Israeli politicians nor Washington appear to be taking the army’s warnings to heart. In fact, things look set to get worse.

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said last week there could be no improvements, no reconstruction in Gaza until Hamas agrees to give up its weapons – the only thing, in Hamas’s view, that serves as a deterrent against future Israeli attack.

Figures show Israel’s policy towards Gaza has been actually growing harsher. In 2017 exit permits issued by Israel dwindled to a third of the number two years earlier – and a hundredfold fewer than in early 2000. A few hundred Palestinian businesspeople receive visas, stifling any chance of economic revival.

The number of trucks bringing goods into Gaza has been cut in half – not because Israel is putting the inmates on a “diet”, as it once did, but because the enclave’s Palestinians lack “purchasing power”. That is, they are too poor to buy Israeli goods.

Netanyahu has resolutely ignored a plan by his transport minister to build an artificial island off Gaza to accommodate a sea port under Israeli or international supervision. And no one is considering allowing the Palestinians to exploit Gaza’s natural gas fields, just off the coast.

In fact, the only thing holding Gaza together is the international aid it receives. And that is now in jeopardy too.

Cutting a lifeline

The Trump administration announced last week it is to slash by half the aid it sends to Palestinian refugees via the UN agency UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency). Trump has proposed further cuts to punish Mahmoud Abbas, the increasingly exasperated Palestinian leader, for refusing to pretend any longer that the US is an honest broker capable of overseeing peace talks.

The White House’s difficulties are only being underlined as Mike Pence, the US vice-president, visits Israel as part of Trump’s supposed push for peace. He is being boycotted by Palestinian officials.

Palestinians in Gaza will feel the loss of aid severely. A majority live in miserable refugee camps set up after their families were expelled in 1948 from homes in what is now Israel. They depend on the UN for food handouts, health and education.

Backed by the Palestine Liberation Organisation’s legislative body, the Palestinian Central Council, Abbas has begun retaliating – at least rhetorically. He desperately needs to shore up the credibility of his diplomatic strategy in pursuit of a two-state solution after Trump recently hived off Palestine’s future capital, Jerusalem, to Israel.

Abbas threatened, if not very credibly, to end a security coordination with Israel he once termed “sacred” and declared as finished the Oslo accords that created the Palestinian Authority he now heads.

The lack of visible concern in Israel and Washington suggests neither believes he will make good on those threats.

But it is not Abbas’s posturing that Netanyahu and Trump need to worry about. They should be listening to Israel’s generals, who understand that there will be no defence against the fallout from the catastrophe looming in Gaza.

Police Caught in Another Lie as Authorities Finally Admit to Multiple Suspects in Vegas Massacre

Las Vegas, NV — It has been months since the worst shooting in modern history was carried out in Las Vegas and Americans have been lied to, led astray, and essentially kept in the dark as to what went down that tragic evening. Official narratives have shifted like the tide and despite dozens of lawsuits and media requests, very little information has been conceded by authorities—until now.

Three months later and Las Vegas Police have yet to even release a still image of Stephen Paddock inside the Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort. Police haven’t even released the type of gun Paddock used in the massacre.

The utter secrecy surrounding the case has some diligent local media pressing the police, and this week, some of that pressure has paid off.

As KVVU reports, inside a district courtroom on Jan. 16, a lawyer for multiple media outlets argued why information pertaining to 1 October is crucial to helping Las Vegas heal, but the lawyer for Metro Police said they can’t release any information because there are still suspects being investigated.

“Without naming names, there are potential charges against other people, because of the ongoing investigation?”, District Court Judge Elissa Cadish asked Metro’s Lawyer Nick Crosby.

“Yes there are charges being investigated,” Crosby replied.

This new revelation that Paddock may have had help or that other people may have had foreknowledge of the attack is nothing short of bombshell as they may be able to help in providing a motive, or at the very least, give a little insight into what actually happened that night.

According to KVVU, Metro police maintain because of possible new suspects they should not have to release anything pertaining to the obtaining of the search warrants or any evidence seized because of them.

Naturally, this left the media and attorneys for the victims with more questions than answers.

“Are they investigating obstruction of justice? Lies to Metro under oath from Mandalay Bay employees? Is it people who sold [Paddock] the guns or ammunition? Or did someone have knowledge of what he was going to do? Now [Metro Police] are just having us speculate more and more and more,” Craig Island, an attorney for some of the victims said.

When asked how long it may take for police to release any information on the possible suspects, Metro’s lawyer responded, maybe 60 days. Reporters also pointed out the fact that the admission of multiple suspects entirely contradicts the official narrative.

“Today is the first time we’ve heard there are additional suspects out there, this contradicts what they have been saying, [Sheriff] Lombardo has said there are no other suspects,” Maggie McCletchie, a lawyer for the media outlets said.

McCletchie argues Metro has had three months to show they are still investigating, and that there are in fact other suspects, and said enough is enough; the public has a right to know what happened, according to KVVU.

“There are important therapeutic effects of getting information out there after a tragedy,” she said. “The public has a right to know and shouldn’t just have to rely on what the sheriff and other law enforcement is saying.”

Metro police told the judge that telling the public why they can’t release the information would be damaging to the investigation. Judge Cadish, finding middle ground, gave Las Vegas police until the end of next week and noted that she would decide by then whether or not the information related to the search warrants for additional suspects will be released.

Media attorney McCletchie says that this is still too long as the victims have a right to know—now.

“The public has a dire need to know what happened on 1 October,” McCletchie said.

Interestingly enough, this information comes days after Joe Lombardo addressed the media and told Americans to forget about Vegas and move on.

“The frustrating thing for me as the head of the law enforcement is the keyboard bandits the guys who sit at their couches at their home and Monday morning quarterback everything you do and that are smarter than you. The pressure that we are put under to do the right thing and I believe we did the right thing and I am not hiding anything from anybody. You know what I know. The reason why I say that it is just as important for you to be comfortable living here and have an understanding to prevent another event from taking place, for you to know what exactly happened. So, you know what exactly happened so far. I anticipate a press conference here in about a week to give you more information and to provide the media with more information associated with that event. But there will not be a keystone or an important piece associated with Mr. Paddock and why he did what he did, so it’s important for us to forget that and move on and be resilient.”

Well, Lombardo, the families of the victims who want to know why their mother, father, son, or daughter was murdered that night have no plans of ‘forgetting.’ The pressure will continue to mount until the public knows everything you have been keeping under wraps.

The medical establishment is finally accepting it: Diabetes CAN be reversed, according to “groundbreaking study”

Image: The medical establishment is finally accepting it: Diabetes CAN be reversed, according to “groundbreaking study”

(Natural News)
There is plenty that the pharmaceutical industry doesn’t want you to know, and one of those inconvenient truths just got a huge credibility boost and renewed attention as a new study shows that it is possible to reverse type 2 diabetes through weight management alone.

A groundbreaking study that was published in The Lancet shows just how effective weight management can be when it comes to treating this disease. In the open-label and cluster-randomized study, nearly 300 patients who had received a diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes within the past six years were studied. The participants were anywhere from age 20 to 65, and they had starting body mass index values in the range of 27 to 45 kg/m2. After being randomized into one of two groups, the participants either went through the Counterweight Plus program to lose weight or received best practice care as a part of a control group.

Those in the Counterweight Plus program were given a diet that was very low in calories – for anywhere from three to five months, they ate around 850 calories a day. This was followed by a food reintroduction program that ran from two to eight weeks. The people in this group stopped taking antidiabetic medications as well as those that lower blood pressure at the start of the trial.

Within a year, half of the participants could no longer be considered diabetic and no longer needed their medication. Roughly one fourth of the participants had lost 15 kilograms or more of weight, and around half maintained weight loss of more than 10 kilos. Eighty-six percent of those who lost 15 kilos achieved remission, while 73 percent of those who lost at least 10 kilos also managed to reverse their diabetes. Best of all, the effective weight management program did not require any type of specialist treatment; routine primary care staff were able to guide patients through it.

The University of Newcastle’s Professor Roy Taylor, the co-lead researcher of the study, called it a “watershed moment” for understanding and managing type 2 diabetes. It’s remarkable when you consider the fact that even those who had been living with the disease for as long as six years were able to reverse it simply by cutting their caloric intake.

Such an approach could also bring about tremendous health care savings, with the power to save an estimated £14 billion in the U.K. alone thanks to a reduced need for blood pressure medication, amputations, and treatments for diabetes-related blindness and kidney failure. Diabetes and prediabetes are estimated to cost $322 billion in the U.S., according to figures from the American Diabetes Association, and it affects one out of every 11 Americans.

The researchers decided to take the calorie-cutting approach to weight loss instead of increasing the participants’ exercise because they felt it would be more effective. Physical activity, while very important in the long run, can cause patients to eat more – both consciously and unconsciously – to compensate in the beginning, making it more difficult for them to achieve sustainable weight loss. However, the researchers say that exercise could be useful for avoiding regaining the weight.

Good news for diabetics, bad news for Big Pharma and the junk food industry

Of course, Big Pharma won’t be too thrilled that more people are learning that they might not need their dangerous diabetes drugs and insulin after all. It’s also bad news for the junk food industry, as the researchers were quick to point out.

According to the study’s conclusion, the true long-tern solution to the obesity and diabetes epidemics facing our world is eating less, not drugs. Taylor wrote: “The major barrier is political will in opposing the wishes of the food industry. To make an impact upon the enormous pressure on people to eat and to eat frequently will be difficult but must be tackled to deal with the underlying problem.”

Previously Banned Film Finally Released Exposing How U.S. Installed Neo-Nazis in Ukraine

A full original English version of controversial director and documentary filmmaker Oliver Stone’s “Ukraine on Fire” has finally been made available in the United States — after being blackballed for distribution in the US and Europe when released in 2016.

The film openly explores Ukraine’s 2014 Maidan, and in the process, uncovers some damning truths about the forces that propped up, and participated in, what eventually became a violent coup d’état that overthrew pro-Russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

What appeared on western corporate media to be a popular uprising, was, in fact, nothing more than a well-scripted coup attempt meant to install a pro-Western government in Ukraine.

The Euromaidan was used by the West as an opportunity to pull Ukraine from the Russian sphere of influence and into a pro-Western economic and security paradigm under the guise of supporting democratic freedom and fighting corruption. This resulted in an internal conflict of identities within Ukrainian society.

Over the course of the three months that the protests took place, conflict solidarity was seen rising on both sides, as well as clear indications of mobilization by both groups, with sporadic episodes of violence and occupation. After months of Independence Square being occupied by protestors, the tragic events of February 20, 2014, which left over 70 dead, drastically changed the trajectory of the conflict and served as a conflict trigger event that would begin a multilevel action, with the massacre eventually leading to the deposing of the Yanukovych government.

While there is almost wholesale acceptance amongst the Western academics, media, and governments, that the mass killing of protestors was undertaken by Berkut special police and government snipers, due to this narrative’s promotion by the post-Yanukovych government, the evidence underpinning these conclusions is scant at best.

A detailed academic investigation by Ivan Katchanovski revealed that these events were actually a false flag operation, which was planned and operationalized with the intent of overthrowing the Yanukovych government by an alliance of ultra-nationalist organizations, such as Right Sector and Svoboda, and oligarchic parties, specifically Fatherland.

Additional evidence indicates that the U.S. was already actively planning the creation of a new Ukrainian government as evidenced by the leaked audio of a conversation between Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs at the U.S. Department of State Victoria Nuland and U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt.

After Yanukovych was deposed, the eastern regions of Ukraine, with large Russian speaking populations, refused to recognize this illegitimate government and requested federalization as to maintain a semblance of autonomy from the pro-Western regime that took power.

However, the new pro-West government refused and instead sent in military forces and neo-Nazi militias to occupy the region. This precipitated local resistance and Russian assistance to the local Ukrainian forces fighting to defend their home from the newly installed regime in Kiev.

In 2014 and 2015, when Ukrainian soldiers and pro-government neo-Nazi battalions were engaging Ukrainian separatists in fierce door-to-door, house-to-house fighting, Russia didn’t back down – instead, they escalated and forcefully stepped up support – as they supplied not only personnel, but tanks, supplies, and reinforcements to stop Kiev’s advances.

While these moves were framed as “Russian aggression” in the western corporate media, Russia was simply working to protect a large Russian speaking population in eastern Ukraine, that largely supported the Yushchenko government that had been the subject of a covert regime change operation.

Stone’s film was originally released in 2016, but unsurprisingly, he was unable to find any Western distribution – although a Russian dubbed version was available almost immediately and was aired on TV in Russia.

Indicative of the preferred method of keeping Americans subservient, English speaking audiences were simply denied access to the film altogether.

Ironically, a similar dynamic is playing out in western social media – the new medium for news distribution — as all opinions contrary to the corporate mainstream narrative are being censored using a combination of humans and computer algorithm to parse any dissent out of your social media news feeds.

The lesson is that an ignorant American population is more easily controlled and manipulated.

In an effort to break through the corporate-state imposed veil of ignorance, here is the full Oliver Stone exposé on the Euromaidan.

Of course, everyone is encouraged to purchase a copy to support Stone’s penetrating documentary.
