Hamilton County reportedly took legal custody of teenage girl diagnosed with depression, anxiety.

Ohio government authorities forced parents to give up legal custody of their daughter after the mother and father said they opposed the girl’s decision to identify as a ‘boy’ and transition to being ‘male.’

The Hamilton County Job and Family Services took legal custody of the teenage girl, 17, who, according to court records, suffers from gender dysphoria. The teen is currently living with her maternal grandparents. The girl’s name and the names of her parents are under court seal.

The minor was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and gender dysphoria after being hospitalized in 2016. Doctors decided that because she wants to identify as a male, she should be given testosterone and sex “change” drugs.

NSA Shooting: 3 in Custody, Officer Injured After SUV Stopped at Fort Meade Security Gate

February 14th, 2018

Via: Baltimore Sun:

FBI officials said they are continuing to investigate an incident at Fort Meade early Wednesday that left three people injured when the driver of an SUV attempted to make an unauthorized entry into the National Security Agency’s compound.

Dave Fitz, a spokesman at the FBI’s Baltimore field office, said late Wednesday investigators are looking into the possibility that the driver made a wrong turn at the complex, but said it is not the only theory officials are examining.

Those injured included an NSA police officer, a civilian onlooker and the driver of the black SUV, said Gordon B. Johnson, special agent in charge for the FBI’s Baltimore office. He said the SUV had a total of three occupants.

At a news briefing at Fort Meade, Johnson described the encounter as “an isolated incident.”

“I cannot emphasize enough that we believe there is no indication that this has a nexus to terrorism, Johnson said.

The FBI took the lead in the investigation, and at the news conference Johnson said only limited information was available to be shared.

QAnon: John Podesta in ill health; Tony Podesta in custody

John Podesta is a longtime Democratic Party operative who was White House chief of staff in Bill Clinton’s administration, White House counselor in the Obama administration and, most recently, chairman of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Tony Podesta, John’s brother, is a powerful DC-based Democrat lobbyist.

The mysterious Trump Administration insider, Q Anon, posted this about John and Tony Podesta on January 28, 2018:

“John Podesta is in ill health at the moment. Skippy was in a military medical facility till Monday, just left. Waiting to hear where he is right now. His brother is in the lower 48 in Military Custody.

GITMO journeys R 2 get the intel, they are not yet permanent residents. Again, for the record,we have never said they were there permanently. We said they had visits, some for much longer than others. There R so many moving parts that it changes not by day/week but by the minute….

No deals for the people at the very top.”

In early November 2017, it was rumored that Tony Podesta had been indicted and arrested. He had not tweeted (@realTonyPodesta) since June 16, 2017.

You already know about the Podesta brothers’ fondness for a cannibalism painting and their invitation to “artist” Marina Abramovic’s satanic spirit cooking dinner, as well as a hanging sculpture in Tony Podesta’s living room, “The Arch of Hysteria,” which is a homage to how cannibal serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer posed one of his victims.

Here are more “fun” facts about the Podesta brothers:

(1) John Podesta has an alter ego named “Skippy”: He told an interviewer that his hot temper “accounts for the occasional appearance of Skippy, his sarcastic and ill-humored alter ego.” (Politico)

(2) John Podesta likes to slaughter pigs: In that same fawning Politico article (July 10, 2009) by Marian Burros, John Podesta said that while attending law school at Georgetown, to earn money he spent two years working at Turkey Run Farm (now called Claude Moore Colonial Farm) in McLean, VA, where he learned how to butcher and roast a pig. Podesta said:

“It’s best to do the butchering at 4 a.m., because pigs should be slaughtered when it is cool, and it takes a long time to roast them. The pig is hauled on a front-end loader in order to split and gut it. It’s most important to slow the pig down by shooting it between the eyes so you can cut its throat. It makes the pig less ornery and a whole lot more cooperative than if you just stick a knife in its throat.”

Podesta used to have a picture of a pig on a spit as his computer screen saver, but his staffers made him get rid of it, because “They couldn’t stand looking into the pig’s eyes during meetings.”

(3) Tony Podesta once sent an email to John and wife Mary, with the subject “Last night was fun,” referencing a “torture chamber” (source: WikiLeaks):

WATCH: Man Mysteriously Dies In Seattle Police Custody

Seattle police are investigating after a 53-year-old man died after being restrained and taken into police custody in North Seattle last month.

Officers responded to “reports of a man in the street” at North 105th Street and Aurora Avenue North shortly after 11 p.m. on Nov. 18, reported The Seattle Times.

The Seattle Police Department released body camera video of the events leading to the man’s death.

The 27-minute video, which can be seen below, begins with officers parking and approaching the man on the sidewalk. After some discussion, the officers offer him a ride home, but he declines.

As officers start to leave, the man walked into an intersection with traffic. The video shows officers pushing the man to the sidewalk while he fights back and they restrain him on the ground. The man clearly does not want to be restrained as he continues to fight for several minutes to get free.

Police then called an ambulance, after the man requested it, to take the man to a hospital for medical treatment, police said in a blog post.

An officer is heard saying the man is having “low breathing,” after being restrained, The 53-year-old was on the gurney in the back of the ambulance when the video stops.

The ambulance crew began CPR, police say in the post. The life-saving efforts were unsuccessful, and the man died at the scene.

SPD released the body-cam video Wednesday “in keeping with the Seattle Police Department’s ongoing transparency efforts,” the blog post says.

Portions of the video are blurred or redacted, as part of the department’s obligation to Washington law that requires keeping sensitive information from police body-camera videos private.

Montreal Family Searching For Answers After Young Man Dies in Custody

One evening earlier this month, David Tshiteya Kalubi was stopped by police in Montreal’s Hochelaga neighbourhood, where he lived.

He was arrested on an outstanding warrant, according to authorities, and taken into custody. Less than 12 hours later, he was dead.

What exactly transpired in the hours leading up to his death early on Nov. 8 remains unclear, but civil rights activists are raising concerns about the case.

Kalubi, 23, had a girlfriend, was beginning a new job and was close to his family, with whom he lived, according to the family’s lawyer, Virginie Dufresne-Lemire.

He was also black — his family is of Congolese origin — a fact that has left some wondering if racial profiling played a role in the circumstances surrounding his death.

Dan Philip, the executive director of the Black Coalition of Quebec, spoke to CBC News about the case after speaking to Kalubi’s mother, who declined to talk to CBC directly.

‘A travesty’

Philip said it took police seven hours to notify her and her family of Kalubi’s death.

When they finally did, Philip says, police first interrogated the family about Kalubi, before telling them he was dead.

“They felt it was a travesty,” Philip said Kalubi’s mother told him.

“They felt there was no compassion. They felt that there was no concern about either the death of the young man or the family themselves who have to mourn the situation.”

The family is holding a private funeral on Saturday.

Quebec’s Bureau of Independent Investigations (BEI), which takes over cases when an individual dies in police custody, is handling the case. For now, it is offering few details.

Kalubi was arrested after police ran a background check and he was found to have an outstanding warrant, Martin Bonin-Charron, a BEI spokesperson, said in an emailed statement to CBC News.

California Family Sues Police Over In-Custody Death of Son

CALIFORNIA – A Lindsay man is suing the city, alleging wrongful death and use of excessive force after his grown son stopped breathing in the back of a police car while reportedly hog-tied and unable to breathe.

The city said he tried to attack officers and died from an overdose of methamphetamine.

Joshua Gonzales, 24, died April 10, 2015. He was single, never married and had no children.

The family has been grieving ever since and blaming the Police Department.

“We miss him very much,” said Joshua’s father, Ray Gonzales, an employee at a large retail store. “I’m very irritated because he’s gone and because of the circumstances involved.”

One year after he died, Joshua’s sister Kathy Gonzales, 28, held a candlelight vigil to remember him and draw attention to the case.

In January, Ray Gonzales and his ex-wife, Sheila DeoCampo of Patterson, sued Lindsay, population 12,670, in U.S. District Court in Fresno, seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

A magistrate on Thursday heard a request for a trial date next year and is expected to set the date soon.

Ray Gonzales gave this account of what happened:

He was at his job in Visalia and his son was at the family home with his grandfather – who has dementia and who his son was helping keep an eye on – when tools belonging to his grandfather were taken from a tool shed.

Joshua Gonzales suspected that a neighbor had taken the tools and confronted the neighbor. Blows were exchanged, then he went back inside.

Another neighbor witnessed the incident about 7:30 p.m. and called police.

Police arrived at the Gonzales home, which is surrounded by a 4-foot-high chain link fence and a locked gate.

Re: Shaikh Raed Salah stands between Israel and Al-Aqsa Mosque, so he is kept in custody

On 15 August, the Israeli occupation police raided Umm Al-Fahm, the second largest Arab city in Israel, broke into the house of Shaikh Raed Salah and detained him for questioning. The Israeli courts extended his detention several times until the Public Prosecutor filed an indictment against the veteran community leader. It was decided that he would be remanded in custody until the legal procedures came to a conclusion.

This is not the first time that Shaikh Raed has been detained, indicted and held for various terms behind bars as a result of Israel’s false claims. Following this latest detention, the Times of Israel reported that Jewish Israeli politicians from the left and right celebrated the Shaikh’s detention. Prior to this, Israeli Minister Yisrael Katz threatened to arrest him and send him into exile.

Jewish Israelis celebrate the detention of Shaikh Raed Salah because he is the main obstacle to their Judaising projects in the holy city of Jerusalem, mainly at Al-Aqsa Mosque. The mosque’s defence is a cause for which the Shaikh is renowned. After serving as the Mayor of Umm Al-Fahm between 1989 and 2001, he stepped down voluntarily in order to dedicate his time to defending the Noble Sanctuary of Al-Aqsa.

Shaikh Salah transformed Umm Al-Fahm from a communist powerhouse to the stronghold of the Northern Branch of the Islamic Movement. In 1996, he started to organise an annual rally under the slogan “Al-Aqsa Mosque is in Danger”, during which he would highlight the dangers of Judaising Jerusalem’s Old City; he also exposed the threat imposed by Israel’s supposed “archaeological” excavations beneath Al-Aqsa Mosque. This rally was held every year until 2015, when the Islamic Movement was outlawed by the Israeli government.

According to the Chairman of Al-Quds Committee of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, Shaikh Ahmed Al-Omari, the Israeli occupation authorities detained Shaikh Salah due to his role in exposing the Israeli tunnels beneath Al-Aqsa Mosque, which damage the foundations of the structure. “He was the first to raise the issue and highlight the fact that Al-Aqsa is in danger,” Al-Omari explained.

Known worldwide amongst Muslims as Shaikh Al-Aqsa, Salah has dedicated himself to undermine Jewish Israeli plans to change the status quo in Al-Aqsa Mosque. He has raised funds for projects within Al-Aqsa compound, including the provision of meals for Muslims to break their fast during Ramadhan, Sharia classes and similar activities to maintain the Palestinian presence in the mosque as much as possible.

On 14 July, three Palestinians attacked and killed two Israeli policemen inside the Noble Sanctuary before being shot dead themselves. As well as punishing the attackers’ families, the Israeli occupation authorities decided to install electronic metal detectors, cameras and other surveillance equipment at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque, triggering widespread protests. Shaikh Salah played a major role in mobilising Palestinians across the occupied territories and within Israel itself to take part in these protests, which ended with a clear victory.

When he was detained in August, Shaikh Raed Salah said that his detention was “political” and “part of the Israeli pursuit of Arab Muslims” in Israel. Mohammed Barakeh, the chairman of the Higher Committee for the Arab Citizens of Israel — who form 20 per cent of the population of the self-proclaimed “Jewish” state — told Al Jazeera that Salah’s detention “is a kind of anti-democratic act to put the Arab population in Israel under pressure.”

Read: Israeli settlers pledge to build temple at Al-Aqsa Mosque

The Israeli authorities announced that the current indictment filed against Salah included claims of “incitement” made during Friday speeches and discourses delivered to protesters. The Shaikh’s lawyer, Mustafa Suhail, said that the Israeli indictment against his client “is based on a political decision which has nothing to do with law.” He suggested that Shaikh Salah was prosecuted by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the local media before he had been indicted.

In the wake of Netanyahu’s decision to remove the electronic detectors and cameras at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Israel decided to work beneath the radar on its Judaisation of the sanctuary; to do this, the occupation authorities needed to suppress the people who exposed their plans. They decided not only to detain Shaikh Raed Salah but also treat him harshly in the process. “In what age are we living?” he asked rhetorically. “The pharaohs are no longer with us and we are not in the middle ages any longer.”

#HandsOffAlAqsa

His influential mobilisation of the people in support of Al-Aqsa Mosque and his clear influence amongst Muslims have seen Shaikh Salah targeted by Israel for assassination attempts. In 2010, he was on board the Mavi Marmara in the Freedom Flotilla trying to break the siege of the Gaza Strip; he is convinced that the Israeli commandos who stormed the ship mistook a 60-year-old Turkish man for himself and shot him at point blank range. Two months later, Jonathan Cook wrote an article for Electronic Intifada in which he revealed an Israeli plan to murder Shaikh Salah, who is even loathed by Israeli rights groups.

Whether Shaikh Salah is alive or dead, the Israeli occupation authorities believe that he must be isolated from the public if they are to complete their Judaisation of Al-Aqsa Mosque. There are many Palestinian and international bodies which are dedicated to protecting Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, but none have been able to halt the Judaisation of Islam’s third holiest site and aggression against Muslims worshipping in the compound.

The Israeli police recently installed CCTV cameras at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and only a few unheard voices said anything. This suggests that the objective of isolating Shaikh Raed Salah has been effective in silencing opposition to the Judaisation of the Noble Sanctuary. Israeli is preparing for a massive Judaisation project in Jerusalem, which should have been put to the vote last week but was delayed in order to be amended so that it does not attract international criticism.

Keeping Shaikh Salah and his kind isolated from the world helps the Israeli occupation authorities to carry on with their illegal Judaisation projects. Thus they will be able to partition Al-Aqsa Mosque as they have done with the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron, in relative silence and without being seriously condemned. Shaikh Raed Salah stands between Israel and its nefarious plans for Al-Aqsa Mosque; that is why he is being held in custody.

Rapist won’t get custody of victim’s son as judge reverses ruling

Judge Gregory Ross of the Sanilac County Circuit in Michigan ruled on Tuesday that Christopher Mirasolo won’t have any parental rights regarding the 8-year-old boy he fathered when he raped a 12 year old.

Judge Ross, who previously granted custody to Mirasolo after DNA testing established he was the child’s biological father, said he didn’t know Mirasolo had two criminal convictions for sexual conduct when he made the order.

Mirasolo was 18-years-old when he raped the child’s mother in 2008. He held the girl, her 13-year-old sister and her friend captive for two days. During that time he raped the girl and threatened to kill her and her friend if they spoke to anyone about what happened.

“I was kidnapped for two days. I didn’t know if I was ever going to go home. He threatened to kill me and my best friend if we told anyone,” the woman, whose name is Tiffany, said to CBS.

Mirasolo was arrested a month later after it was revealed that the girl was pregnant. He took a plea deal for attempted third-degree criminal sexual conduct in January 2009 and was discharged on December 20, 2010.

Shortly after his release he sexually assaulted another girl that was under the age of 15. He was convicted and served four years for that crime.

The custody decision came after Tiffany filled out a form for government assistance. “I don’t understand why they thought they needed to give him joint legal custody. He was my rapist,” Tiffany said.

Sanilac County Prosecutor James Young said in a statement to the Port Huron Times Herald that he wanted to “express our apologies for the manner in which this case was handled.”
