Experts Warn: Yogurt Contains 4 Dangerous Ingredients That Are Not Listed On The Declaration

Shocked by his discovery, the institute filed a formal complaint in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the US, begging them to investigate the activities of some manufacturers of yogurt on the market because it did not meet the legal definition of yogurt. Yogurt is a favorite snack for millions of people, iits refreshing, full of useful bacteria and vitamins, but do you really know everything it contains? Recently a new report appeared from the Cornucopia Institute which criticizes the modern food industry.

They argue that its easily to buy yogurt which has a lot of explored additives. The shocking discovery of this Institute draws attention to the harmful ingredients that are not marked on the packaging. Institute spent two years exploring the leading brands of yogurt and came to the shocking findings. Their findings show that some yogurts contain worrisome ingredients not mentioned in the declaration. Shocked by his discovery, the institute filed a formal complaint in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the US, begging them to investigate the activities of some manufacturers of yogurt on the market because it did not meet the legal definition of yogurt. These are the four very dangerous ingredients in yogurts.

Polysaccharide derived from red algae. For four decades, scientists have warned that the use of carrageenan is not safe for food consumption.

Studies show that this polysaccharide is associated with the occurrence of gastro-intestinal inflammation and a higher rate of occurrence of inflammation of the intestinal lesions, ulcers and even cancers. However, manufacturers ignore it and continue to use this ingredient in yogurt.

Dimethyl polysiloxane

Appled in restaurants as a means against formation of foam trays. Also used in the production of yogurt. However, its not mentioned on the label, even if it remains in sediment in the yogurt. The World Health Organization declared the substance safe and FDA allows to be kept by means of formaldehyde, known gaseous compound that causes oxidative stress and increases the risk of immune disorders and cancer.

This toxic additive is a variation of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), which contain much higher levels of HFC. According to the long-term study at Princeton University, the effect of consumption of HFCS is more dangerous than the use of other simple sugars such as sucrose. The study found that HFCS-90 not only contributes to the accumulation of fat, but also significantly increases obesity, increases blood pressure, contributes to coronary artery disease, the occurrence of diabetes and cancer. Manufacturers of yogurt cite HFCS-90 as “fructose” or “fructose syrup”, terms that can be associated with natural sugars from fruits. However, there is a big difference between them!

Modified sugar

This highly processed form of sugar cant be absorbed in the digestive tract of humans. Any processed sugar cane or sugar beet is usually genetically modified. Its treated with hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and activated carbon treatment.

Other chemicals are added to yogurt

The report from the Cornucopia Institute also reveals other harmful ingredients added to yogurt.

sugar, processed sugar such as fructose corn syrup, fructose, dextrose, and more artificial sweeteners such as aspartame, sucralose, and potassium.

Colors: Artificial colors, colors of fruits and vegetables.

Highly processed, synthetic nutrients: vitamins and minerals.

Aroma: Artificial fruit flavors, natural flavors, citric acid.

Save A Man From Stroke By Only Using A Needle

According to Chinese medicine and professors, you should always keep a needle in your house and purse. Needle may be used for many purposes but did you know that it might save a life?

A simple thing as a needle may save a life in case of stroke. Are you surprised? Keep reading in order to find out how you can use a needle in a case of stroke.

Emergency first aid is very important for the person having a stroke. When someone is gets stroke the capillaries of the brain tear and fast reaction is crucial to save the patient’s life and prevent greater damage in the future.

In a case of stroke many people around the patient will start to panic and yell but this is the worst thing that can be done. First, stay calm and be aware that this person’s life depends on you. Don’t move the patient because the capillaries in the brain will burst and cause bleeding in the brain. Then take the needle.

Prepare it in such a way that you will heat it on a lighter or candle in order to sterilize it and when ready start pricking the tops of all 10 fingers.

You won’t need any special knowledge or preparation for pricking the fingers but you need to do it very fast and few millimeters from the nail.

Perform so that the blood can flow.

If you don’t see blood then tighten and squeeze the finger in order to provide blood flow.

When all 10 fingers start to bleed the patient will return to life and he/she will start regaining consciousness.

Next thing what you should do is to massage the patient’s ears in order to make the blood running through them. Massage until they become red.

For the third step you will need the needle again. Now prick with the needle in each ear’s soft part and wait for them to start bleeding. This will help the patient return his/her mouth in normal position.

Wait for the patient to become conscious again and then check for any unusual symptoms and immediately take him/her to the hospital.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, this method is 100% lifesaving and the best thing what you should do in a case of stroke so the patient will survive without any brain damages.

Here Is Why You Should Stop Plucking The Hair From Your Nose

Hispanic man tweezing nose hairs

Modern living has changed the way we look at beauty and hygiene. Many people try to look according to this rules and usually do crazy things to achieve that. However, science says that some of the modern beauty treatments and products are very harmful for the body and may cause serious damages and diseases.

One of the issues science deals with is waxing. Today modern women and some men remove the body hair with this simple and very painful method. Waxing the legs, arms and any other public places who look better without hair is not a myth anymore and more and more people do it daily.

Scientists point out that this is not good at all for the body. Removing the hair from your body in any possible way may trigger some serious diseases, infections, inflammations, parasites and even death. This is because the skin has nerves and when you perform some action of them they damage. One of the most serious problems is removing the hair from the nose. This is damaging the skin in your nose and the empty place from the hair fills in with blood which is a perfect environment for parasites, bacteria and fungi.

An amoeba which can nest in the follicles from the hair very fast may grow and be transported to your brain. Here it will destroy the nerves and tissue and it may cause serious disease and even death.

Next time when you think of plucking or waxing the hair from your nose think twice.

Your nose hair may be irritating but it’s your first line of defense against upper respiratory infections. Tweezing hairs directly out of your nose is not only painful; it can leave you with an open wound that may lead to a deadly brain infection.

Many are nasal carriers of staph bacteria (including MRSA), for example, and the bacteria is then able to enter the area from which the hair was just plucked. From there, entering the nearby brain is easy. Instead of plucking hairs with a sharp metal instrument, trim them back with clippers instead.

“The Triangle of Death.”

It sounds like the title of a horror movie, doesn’t it? Recently, 12-year-old Arkansas native, Kali Hardig, was struck down by a brain-eating amoeba she contracted while swimming at a local water park. This brain-eating parasite, called Naegleria Fowleri, likely entered through her nostrils, entered her “Triangle of Death” area and caused her to develop a rare but deadly form of parasitic meningitis.

What is “The Triangle of Death”?

The Triangle of Death is the area from the bridge of your nose to the corners of your mouth. The blood vessels in this area are very important because they are a direct line to your brain. This means any infections that develop in this area may completely bypass other organ systems and go directly to the nerve center. Although considered rare, if an infection develops in this area it can lead to headaches, vision loss, permanent paralysis, and even death.

The nose is the body’s first line of defense against airborne invaders, so it should come as no surprise that there are colonies of germs living inside the nasal cavity. For the most part, bacteria and debris don’t get very far into the body because there is a very efficient protective mechanism inside the nose. Tiny hairs called cilia move ever so slightly to snare and trap what they can in mucous-coated hairs, keeping anything from reaching the breathing passages and gaining access to the bloodstream.

It is the proximity of the nose, mouth and lips to the veins on our face and behind our eyes that can provide bacteria instant access to the brain. Disturbing the integrity of the skin anywhere in the triangle, gives bacteria the freedom to wander.

How Not to Remove Nasal Hair
Tweezing is not a recommended method for removing nose hair, but some methods really are a big no go area. These methods include:
• Shaving – it is almost impossible to shave nose hair, but even if you find a way to do it, you shouldn’t.
• Hair removal creams – these creams are full of highly harmful chemicals that will get into your airways if you use them on your nose. You should never use any form of chemical treatment in or around your nose unless prescribed by a medical professional.
• Waxing – nose hair waxing is many times more painful than tweezing and the risk of infection is incredibly high. Even if you use a natural waxing product, this method should be avoided at all costs.
• Laser – laser hair removal is useful for unwanted hair, but you should not use it on your nose. Light shining up to your nose can reach your brain and this could cause terrible damage.
• Electrolysis – this method complete uproots the entire hair. This means that the hair will never grow back, which is very dangerous because you are removing your body’s protection.

More strange fibers rain down from sky onto populace, samples taken

overwatch_mpfibersChemtrail fibers (Photo credit: R. Dyved)
By Shepard Ambellas

COTTONWOOD, Ariz. (INTELLIHUB) — R. Dyved, a local FedEx driver, submitted the following information to Intellihub, including several photographs which show spiderweb-like fibrous strands that Dyved spotted himself falling from the sky which he later “managed” to collect samples of, putting them in a jar:

“I was doing some research about this exact very article you posted on December 5, 2014. Well, I think this has happened again on Friday. About 11:00 a.m. or there about I saw three large military aircraft fly westbound over Cottonwood. I drive for FedEx and I was then making a delivery. Very unusual. Didn’t think much of it later. Well after around 3:00 p.m. I started noticing web like strands in the air and also all over plants and trees along 89-A from Sedona to Cottonwood. I also later in between these times heard a lone helicopter and spotted it very high up flying west to east. Not sure if this is related, but since it was very high up and made sound it must have been a big one. Your article was almost a mirror incident on what happened today. As well as just about a year later. Strange indeed.”

“So I woke up this morning to take my cats out in the fenced back yard. I believe I found some fibers on our tile. I grabbed some tweezers to collect it and tried to place it in a small baby food jar. Gosh, was it difficult to get off the tweezers and very small crochet hook. Managed. So I can see as any animal, human walking along can get this on them thinking it was a mere spider web. Not easy to get off once it is on something. It felt sort of like plastic and was very strong. […] Very disturbing indeed.”

Shockingly, just as Dyved pointed out, this very same thing occurred back in December of 2014 and was even covered up by the local mainline media. An article titled C-130 aircraft caught dropping massive ‘raindrop shaped fibers’ onto populace, lab tests confirm “metals” details the actual events.

Note: minor edits to submission made by Shepard Ambellas.

Holmes sorry for wedding drama

Hollywood actress Leah Remini opens up about what life is really like behind the closed doors of the Church of Scientology. Courtesy: ABC

KATIE Holmes has apologised to actress Leah Remini for what happened at her Scientology wedding to Tom Cruise as new explosive details were revealed.

In a new interview, former King of Queen’s star Remini, who quit the church in 2013 after three decades as a member, says she started to speak out after the 2006 wedding of Cruise and Holmes in Italy.

Remini was asked to bring her best friend, Jennifer Lopez, and the singer’s then-husband Marc Antony to the wedding, which she did.

Remini says they tried to keep her separated from Lopez all night, sitting them at different tables and driving them around in separate cars.

“They were always trying to extract me,’ Remini told US ABC’s 20/20 program. “I could only assume because they wanted to make Jennifer a Scientologist and maybe I was barring that road for them.”

What was more troubling for Remini however was the absence of Shelly Miscavige, the wife of the Church’s leader, David.

“Shelly was always where David Miscavige was,” she said. “It was a wedding of the century … it was like, “where’s Shelly?”’

Remini says she asked a number of people at the wedding where her friend was, which resulted in her being forced to undertake ‘reprogramming’ when she got back to the US, spending everyday between 9am and 10pm being ‘audited’ at the church’s Sea Org facility in Florida. She was charged $US300,000 ($421,000) for the ‘treatments.’

Remini says she had returned from the wedding convinced that Cruise and David Miscavige were the main problems with the church.

“I now see where the cracks are in our Church, and it’s David Miscavige. It’s Tom Cruise,” she said. “They are bringing Scientology down.”

“I’m saying, ‘I don’t think (Tom Cruise) is becoming of a Scientologist, jumping on couches, and attacking Matt Lauer. And attacking Brooke Shields,”’ said Remini. “What the hell is this guy doing? We need to rein it in, we need to stop all this, and he just needs to be an actor.”

Remini said Cruise serenaded his new bride, Holmes, with the song You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’ which was featured in his film Top Gun.

“Interesting song to sing to your bride,” said Remini.

However, Holmes wrote her own ‘knowledge report’ regarding Remini’s behaviour at the wedding.

“I was dismayed at the behaviour of Leah Remini during the events leading up to our wedding,” she said. “At the wedding, the behaviour as a guest, a friend … was very upsetting.”

Holmes, who also left the church after her divorce from Cruise, issued an apology to Remini for reporting her to the church’s hierarchy.

“I regret having upset Leah in the past and wish her only the best in the future,” she said.

Remini says when Holmes quit the church in 2012 after her split from Cruise, it brought back what she went through at their 2006 wedding and she reached out to Mike Rinder, a former Scientologist.

After that conversation, Remini decided to ask again about the whereabouts of her friend Shelly Miscavige, who she still hadn’t seen since the wedding.

She says two Scientology officials came to her house, calling her a “bitch”. (Los Angeles police reponded to Remini’s missing person’s report by saying claims that she was missing were ‘unfounded’, suggesting she is alive and well but doesn’t explain why no one has seen here in more than six years).

Remini says it was at this point that she decided she was getting out of the church even if the rest of her family did not follow.

“I’m ready to walk away from everybody that I’ve ever known and cut ties with my own husband, my own mother, because you don’t know what they’re going to decide,” Remini said. “Very often, my experience is people choose the Church.”

However her family also left the church with her.

She did however lose all her Scientology friends, including Kirstie Alley who labelled her a “bigot”.

“If a lot of people are rejecting you, at some point you gotta ask, ‘What am I doing?’” Alley said of Remini.

Remini has detailed her life in Scientology in her book Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology, which is released next week.

In response the church strangely compared Remini to a “wife beater” and said her departure from the church was only about making headlines.

“The real story is that she desperately tried to remain a Scientologist in 2013, knowing full well she was on the verge of being expelled for refusing to abide by the high level of ethics and decency Scientologists are expected to maintain,” the church said. “Her repeated ethical lapses and callous treatment of others led to an ecclesiastical review which resulted in her being expelled.

“She now regurgitates the tired myths the Church has repeatedly debunked, circulated by the same tiny clique of expelled former staffers bitter at having lost the positions they enjoyed before their malfeasance and unethical conduct were uncovered,” the church said. “Ms. Remini is now joined at the hip with this collection of deadbeats, admitted liars, self-admitted perjurers, wife beaters and worse.”

Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Kelly Preston, Kirstie Alley, Laura Prepon, Jenna Elfman and Australian Kate Ceberano are some of the more high profile members of the church.

The US-Israel nexus, fairness and the rule of law

By Richard Forer

In 2008 the United States and the government of Israel agreed to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), in which the US would “help Israel meet its security requirements”. The terms of the agreement provided Israel with, on average, USD 3 billion in military assistance annually for a 10-year period to begin in 2009 and end in 2018. The three billion represents approximately 25 per cent of Israel’s military budget, effectively making the United States a partner in Israel’s military enterprise.

In 1976 the US Congress passed the Arms Export Control Act. Section 2754 of the Act requires that international governments use America’s military assistance “solely for internal security, for legitimate self-defence”.

The Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (FISA) prohibits the United States from providing assistance to “any country which engages in a consistent pattern of gross violations of internationally recognised human rights, including torture or cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment, prolonged detention without charges….” One of the factors that is considered when determining if a country is in violation of FISA is “the extent of cooperation of such government in permitting an unimpeded investigation of alleged violations of internationally recognised human rights by appropriate international organisations, including the International Committee of the Red Cross, or groups or persons acting under the authority of the United Nations….”

[Israel] remains exempt from American laws meant to hold rogue nations accountable for acts of violence and discrimination against the most vulnerable of peoples.

Over the past few months the US and Israel have been discussing an increase in the Jewish state’s military package to USD 4-4.5 billion dollars per year, for an additional 10 years. It is a near certainty that Congress will approve the increase. When finalised, America’s stake in one of the world’s most powerful armed forces will grow to about 35 per cent. This increase is in addition to the compensation the US has agreed to give Israel for the Iran nuclear deal. The deal frees up about USD 150 billion in Iranian assets, and Israel is worried that Iran will use some of those assets to boost its sponsorship of jihadist terrorism. To alleviate those concerns, President Obama has promised to accelerate military aid to Israel for the development of anti-missile systems and tunnel detection technologies.

The United States government publicly advocates the rule of law, but its actions belie its rhetoric when it comes to Israel. Israel continuously disregards United Nations resolutions, defies the Fourth Geneva Convention’s prohibition against an occupying power transferring parts of its own population into the territories it occupies, and obstructs investigations by UN agencies into its disproportionate use of force, collective punishment and other human rights violations, as it did after Operations Cast Lead (2008-09) and Protective Edge (2014). The US has not frozen assistance to Israel in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act and the Foreign Assistance Act; instead, Israel continues to receive assistance. It remains exempt from American laws meant to hold rogue nations accountable for acts of violence and discrimination against the most vulnerable of peoples.

The US insists it wants peace between Israel and the Palestinian people; however, its non-compliance with its own laws arms Israel with the resources it needs to sustain its illegal occupation of the Palestinians.

Moshe Dayan, one of the most revered figures in Israel’s history (and, believe it or not, among Israeli commanders one of the friendliest to Palestinians) once said:

Let us approach them [Palestinians in occupied territory] and say that we have no solution, that you shall continue to live like dogs, and whoever wants to can leave – and we will see where this process leads.

He also said:

Your [Israeli Jews] duty is not to stop; it is to keep your sword unsheathed, to have faith, to keep the flag flying. You must not call a halt – heaven forbid – and say “that’s all; up to here…” For that is not all.

This year, Prime Minister Netanyahu reiterated Israel’s commitment to violence: “I’m asked if we will forever live by the sword — yes.” Just this week, with tension and violence everywhere in Jerusalem, Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely told the Knesset that her “dream is to see the Israeli flag flying over the Temple Mount. This is the holiest place for the Jewish people.”

Israeli demagoguery is not empty rhetoric. Palestinians under occupation have no rights. Their freedom of movement is restricted; they are subject to imprisonment without charge; torture and sexual blackmail are common; their homes can be demolished at the whim of the Israeli government; and they have no protection from fanatical settlers who poison their wells, cut down their olive trees and harass their children, beat them and sometimes kill them, all with impunity. Palestinians have no recourse to the rule of law because the laws that govern them were specifically written to deny them their rights.

Joining the ICC was an admission by the Palestinians of what the rest of the world has known for some time: the US is the principal enabler of the occupation.

While the US enables Israel’s contempt for the rule of law, it is about to cut economic aid to the Palestinians by 22 per cent, from USD 370 million to USD 290 million per year. A US State Department official stated that the decision to cut aid was made this past spring and was because of “unhelpful actions” on the part of the Palestinian leadership.

What unhelpful actions? This last year Palestinians looked for the justice they’ve been denied for generations and joined the International Criminal Court (ICC), filing war crimes and crimes against humanity charges against Israel. The charges focus on Jewish settlements in the West Bank and Israel’s 2014 invasion of the Gaza Strip, in which 70 per cent of the more than 2,100 people killed were civilians, including over 500 children. By bringing their case before the ICC, Palestinians challenged the pretence that the US is an honest broker in search of a fair peace. Joining the ICC was an admission by the Palestinians of what the rest of the world has known for some time: the US is the principal enabler of the occupation.

What about unhelpful actions by Israel? Israel has refused to arrest the sadists who burned to death 18-month-old Ali Dawabshe and his father, maiming the infant’s mother and brother in the process. The Israeli army has been on a rampage of arrests in the West Bank, rounding up and detaining hundreds of Palestinians. Last week Netanyahu made the accusation that the Palestinian people, not Adolf Hitler, were the cause of the holocaust.

America’s use of punishments and rewards signals, at least with regard to the Israelis and Palestinians, that the oppressed must play the game according to the oppressor’s rule book, no matter how biased and dirty those rules are.

…it is time – it is long past time – for the lies and disinformation to cease and for the people of the world to insist that Israel end the occupation and the United States end its enabling of that occupation.

This last year, at the 29th regular session of the United Nations Human Rights Council, the US was the only country in the world to oppose a resolution calling for Israel to be held accountable for war crimes. The US voted against “ensuring accountability and justice for all violations of international law in [the occupied Palestinian territories].”

When inhabiting Israel’s shadow world, basic fairness and the rule of law are turned on their heads. The Israeli armed forces  impose a brutal occupation on a largely defenceless people – and all the while the president of the United States, whoever he is, repeats the mantra that Israel has the right to defend itself. The International Court in The Hague rules unanimously (including the American judge) that all of the West Bank and East Jerusalem belong to the Palestinians and must be returned to their rightful owners – and every month Israel announces new settlements and Palestinian home demolitions. The Israeli army unleashes nightmarish massacres on Gaza, five times in the last decade; it enforces a strangling blockade that has reduced Gaza to a virtual open-air prison – and American politicians make annual pilgrimage to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) to pledge their slavish support for Israel.

The Occupation of the West Bank and Gaza has lasted almost half a century. For the sake of fairness and justice, for the sake of the Palestinians and the end to their suffering, for the sake of the moral integrity of my country and Israel, it is time – it is long past time – for the lies and disinformation to cease and for the people of the world to insist that Israel end the occupation and the United States end its enabling of that occupation.

Dozens of shipwrecks scattered along America’s coasts are thought to be holding oil and certainly will start leaking someday as corrosion eats away at their tanks.

Preventing that just isn’t possible, experts say, because funding for such a huge effort doesn’t exist and there are too many unknowns about the locations of those wrecks and the cargo left inside. Some are simply too deep to reach.

A sunken tanker barge recently discovered in Lake Erie that appears to be occasionally seeping an -based substance near the Canadian border is believed to be one of 87 shipwrecks on a federal registry that identifies the most serious pollution threats to U.S. waters.

Most of those wrecks are along the Atlantic seaboard, torpedoed by German submarines during World War II.

Other sunken ships thought to be holding oil are scattered along the Pacific Coast and in the Gulf of Mexico just off the Florida and Louisiana shorelines. Five are in the Great Lakes, including the Edmund Fitzgerald, which sank in 1975 and was memorialized in a song by Gordon Lightfoot.

Three out of every four wrecks on the list have been underwater at least seven decades, leaving them slowly rusting away. How fast isn’t known because research on corrosion rates is limited and each wreck is affected by varying depths, storms, currents and marine bacteria.

Shipwreck hunter Tom Kowalczk talks about a sunken barge he discovered in late August near the U.S.-Canadian border in Lake Erie on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015, in Toledo, Ohio. The U.S. Coast Guard says it appears the barge is leaking a petroleum-based solvent, and that contractors will begin looking for the source on Monday, the U.S. Coast Guard said. Past leaks have shown that the oil usually comes out in drips and drabs rather than gushes, lessening the worry of a full-scale catastrophe and the need for urgent action in most cases.

“Our coastlines are not littered with ‘ticking time bombs’ of oil,” said the risk assessment report released by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in 2013. “Although there are definitely vessels of concern in our waters that should be assessed and monitored.”

While some of the wrecked vessels are monitored by the U.S. Coast Guard and visited by recreational divers, many remain a mystery.

Only about half the wrecks have been located and identified. And little is known about their current condition or how much oil they may still be holding. The only clues come from historical records and witness accounts from when the vessels went down.

“That’s always one of the big challenges when we look at these wrecks,” said Lisa Symons of NOAA, who wrote the study. “Some of these are wicked deep, and not in an area where you could do survey work.”

The biggest obstacle, though, is money.

The cost of removing oil and other fuels from wrecks found over the past two decades has ranged from a couple of million dollars to tens of millions.

The money comes from the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund, which is overseen by the Coast Guard. It allows for $50 million to be spent annually on emergency spills and damage assessments, with any unspent amounts carried over. Last year, $62.4 million was spent from the emergency fund.

The money available isn’t nearly enough to remove all of the oil from wrecked vessels in U.S. waters. “It would be gone in a minute,” said Jacqueline Michel, a geochemist who has done extensive research on sunken oils and assisted with spill responses.

It’s not just a problem along America’s shores. The threat that shipwrecks pose in European waters, including the Mediterranean, Baltic and North seas, was the focus of a conference in early October in Gothenburg, Sweden.

“They have the same problem,” Michel said. “There’s no money until she starts leaking.”
