The two rivers of the Nile and Euphrates, with the curse of the God-forsaken land of the hexagram between them

The Jews have of course rejected God’s Son Jesus Christ and the gospel of their salvation since the first century; and they now actually think they’re doing the holy God of Israel’s patriarchs and the Bible a favor by mass murdering innocent Arabs and righteous Christians in Gaza and wiping Palestine (i.e., the land of the ancient Philistines) off the map of “Greater Israel”. For the Jews know that the Bible says the land God promised to the tribal Israelis extends from a tributary of the Nile to the river Euphrates; but because it has been forsaken by God and stolen from the tribal Israelis by the Amalekitish Rothschild underwriters of it, it’s appropriate that it’s exemplified by the curse of a hexagram between two blue stripes on the national flag of Israel today.

The Jews think they’re taking back the land God promised to the tribal Israelis from Christian and pagan Muslim “usurpers”; but they’re really only leasing it from the Amalekitish Rothschild underwriters of it. Worse still, Jerusalem at the center of it is spiritually called “Sodom and Egypt” by God in the Bible; because the Jews have been characteristically sexually depraved and secular, since they broke with their spiritual spouse Jehovah and nationally Judas-like rejected Jesus and the gospel for the love of money and worldly prestige in the first century.

Yes we know the Jews all think they’re on an endless up-wave, with their now vast store of embezzled material wealth and most politicians kowtowing to “what’s good for the Jews” to stay in power. But the blind Jews are really being set up for a fall because of their pride and haughty spirit; like their nemesis Hitler, who admittedly served God by punishing the Jews, but was ultimately himself punished by God, because, like the Jews, he’d arrogantly denied the divinity of Jesus and even sought to bring in “a thousand year Reich” that would supplant the promised thousand year reign of Christ in the Bible.

Just check the ominous forecasts of God in the Bible, and you’ll see plainly that the Jews’ conspiracy to rule an ideal monetary world by a new ‘Davidic’ king from Jerusalem can’t possibly succeed, even if they do commandeer all of the land of Israel from the Nile to the Euphrates and build a new temple in Jerusalem for the biblical end-time antichrist. For without national repentance and acceptance of God’s righteous resurrected Son Jesus as Israel’s promised messiah, the apostate Jews will only continue to be destroyed by the holy God, as they have been now for two millenniums on the run from him and as a curse and a byword among their Gentile and Christian enemies, and even if there have been a few true conversions to Jesus from among them from time to time.

The blind and apostate Jews actually think they're doing the righteous and holy God of Israel's patriarchs and the Bible a favor by rejecting his Son Jesus and blowing to bits hundreds of innocent Arab and Christian men, women, and children in Gaza today

Today in London crowds are gathering to vent their anger in a mass demonstration and march to Parliament to “stop the massacre in Gaza” and call for an arms embargo against Israel. This follows last weekend’s huge protest outside the Israeli embassy and campaigns against the BBC’s pro-Israel bias in reporting the assault on Gaza.

There is growing resentment among British people at being endlessly shamed by their government’s complicity in the mega-injustices and non-stop crimes inflicted on the native people of the Holy Land, exemplified by Whitehall’s attempts to whitewash Israel’s latest genocidal offensive.

And on this the 19th day of Israel’s blitzkrieg comes news of a brief humanitarian “pause”, after which the killing spree will continue while Israel attempts to eradicate Gaza’s tunnels. At this point in the orchestrated tragedy the Palestinian death-toll is approaching 900, three-quarters civilians including around 200 children, and more than 5,000 wounded.

These figures are gruesome enough, but Dr David Morrison reminds me that since September 2005 when Israel pulled out its squatters and withdrew its military from Gaza (but not from Gaza’s airspace and coastal waters) only 24 people have been killed in Israel by rocket and mortar fire coming from Gaza. Of those, 13 died during Israel’s three major military offensives against Gaza (including the present one). In the same period, nearly 4,000 Palestinians in Gaza have been killed by Israeli military action. http://david-morrison.org.uk/palestine/gaza-nobody-needed-to-die.htm

The unending tragedy is one that Britain created nearly 100 years ago with Balfour’s crackpot Declaration. Balfour, a Zionist convert, wrote: “In Palestine we do not propose even to go through the form of consulting the wishes of the present inhabitants of the country.” He dismissed “the desires and prejudices of the 700,000 Arabs who now occupy that land” in favour of Zionism’s needs and hopes, which were “of far profounder import”.

At the time Lord Sydenham warned: “The harm done by dumping down an alien population upon an Arab country may never be remedied. What we have done, by concessions not to the Jewish people but to a Zionist extreme section, is to start a running sore in the East, and no-one can tell how far that sore will extend.” Well, the harm is massive and still waiting for a remedy. The running sore shows no sign of healing. The trouble will not end until Britain (with help from the international community) takes some very necessary steps. The problem is the British Government’s acute and persistent lack of integrity and foolish pledges of support to the aggressor.

Like Judas who sold the Lord for silver, the apostate Jews have sold their souls for the love of money and worldly prestige; and they want to see Israel’s biblical end-time ‘Davidic’ antichrist reigning from Jerusalem, instead of Jesus and at the hub of an ideal “666” e-commercial monetary world under the devil or Satan in a brave new age

Whose side is the U.S. on? Obama-Kerry seen favoring Hamas and friends over allies

Special to WorldTribune.com

JERUSALEM — The Hamas war has highlighted the steady decline in relations between Israel and the United States.

Officials and analysts agreed that the U.S.-led mediation to end the Gaza war damaged relations with both Israel as well as longtime Arab allies. They said President Barack Obama sided with Hamas’ main supporters, Qatar and Turkey, to force Israel into a unilateral ceasefire amid Hamas rocket and tunnel attacks.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry

“We never thought it would be the Americans who would lead the pressure,” Israeli Housing Minister Uri Ariel said. “Leave us alone. Go focus on Syria.”

Officials said Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry exploited the Israel-Hamas war to improve U.S. relations with Hamas supporters in the Middle East. They said the U.S. administration undermined an Egyptian ceasefire proposal to work with Iran, Qatar and Turkey.

“America harmed its allies in Israel, Egypt, and the Palestinian Authority by ignoring their demands and coming to the table with a plan that was not approved or even semi-approved by any of them,” Agriculture Minister Yair Shamir said.

Shamir, son of the late Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir, said Washington, which allocated more than $3 billion in military aid for 2014, was losing credibility with Israel and other U.S. allies in the Middle East. In the end, the minister, said, Kerry’s ceasefire mission was sabotaged by Obama himself.

“Maybe it’s because they [Washington] have a problem with the regime in Egypt and they thought that by going through Turkey and Qatar, they’d be seen as an honest broker,” Shamir said. “But instead, they lost the allies that they had and didn’t get any new ones.”

Officials and analysts saw the Obama demand for an immediate ceasefire as part of Washington’s estrangement from Israel. They said the drift, marked by a drop in the export of combat platforms, began as soon as Obama entered office in 2009 and intensified during the U.S. reconciliation with Iran and its failed mediation effort with Israel and the Palestinian Authority in 2013. The quiet sanctions were culminated by a U.S. decision to ban all flights to Israel for two days in late July in what a senator termed an “economic boycott.”

“The security of the citizens of Israel must come before our relations with the United States,” Israeli parliamentarian Eli Yishai, a former longtime Cabinet minister, said.

For the first time, Israel has been quietly supported by former Arab rivals, including Egypt and Saudi Arabia. In unprecedented criticism, former Saudi intelligence chief Prince Turki Al Faisal, who accused Qatar and Turkey of sabotaging the proposed ceasefire, blamed Hamas for civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip.

“Hamas is responsible for the slaughter in the Gaza Strip following its
bad decisions in the past, and the haughtiness it shows by firing useless
rockets at Israel, which contribute nothing to the Palestinian interest,”
Turki told the Saudi-owned A-Sharq Al Awsat daily on July 27. “The Hamas
rockets pose no threat to the Israeli occupation, even when they reach Tel

Analysts said the harsh tone of the administration also stemmed
from U.S. dismay over Israel’s strategic relations with Asia, particularly
China and India. They cited unprecedented foreign investment in Israel,
particularly in the hi-tech sector, which reduced the prospect of an
economic boycott.

“Israel is a world leader in the development and manufacturing of small
and medium size satellites, and one of only seven countries that possess
such capabilities, as well as launching capabilities, enhancing its research
and development, industrial and intelligence capabilities,” Yoram Ettinger,
a former Israeli diplomat and investment consultant, said.

Still, officials remain concerned that Obama and Kerry would encourage
an American backlash against Israel. They cited the increase in
anti-Semitism in Europe and Turkey, expected to spill over into the United

“The European countries must protect the Jews within their territory,”
Yoel Razvozov, chairman of parliament’s Absorption Committee, told European
Union diplomats on July 28. “Otherwise, terror will eventually reach you.”

ISIL on outskirts of Baghdad with ‘sleeper cells throughout the city’

Special to WorldTribune.com

BAGHDAD — Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant has established positions in and around the Iraqi capital.

Iraqi security sources said ISIL has reached the outskirts of Baghdad from several directions. They said ISIL was surrounding the city from both the south and north while infiltrating suicide bomb squads.

The Iraqi military is reportedly building fortifications near the capital, Baghdad, to repel potential attacks by ISIL.

The Iraqi military is reportedly building fortifications near the capital, Baghdad, to repel potential attacks by ISIL.

“There are sleeper cells all throughout the city, but now there are also terror squads that control the approaches to Baghdad,” a source said.

The sources said the Iraq Army has been ordered to eliminate ISIL strongholds outside Baghdad. They said a major target was the Babil province southwest of the capital.

Iraq has already announced a campaign to stop the ISIL advance. The government said it ordered the doubling of police forces at entrances around Baghdad.

Still, ISIL was said to have been moving toward Baghdad from the neighboring Anbar province, under control of the Sunni movement and tribal allies. The sources said ISIL has been hampering operations by the Iraq Army and government-sponsored Shi’ite militias.

The sources said ISIL’s control of major highways near Baghdad has blocked an Iraq Army offensive in northern Iraq. They cited the withdrawal of the army from the Sunni city of Tikrit in mid-July.

“The army has not yet cleared roads to bring supplies to troops sent to the north,” the source said. “As a result, after a short period of fighting, they have to return.”

Al Qaida video from Gaza shows shoulder-fired missile

Special to WorldTribune.com

WASHINGTON — An Al Qaida-aligned militia has unveiled a surface-to-air missile in the war-torn Gaza Strip.

The militia, Majlis Shura Al Mujahadeen, has displayed a man-portable surface-to-air missile during the Israeli war with Hamas. Majlis, regarded as aligned with Al Qaida, provided few details of the weapon in an online video released on July 21.

Israel confirms that a Soviet-made Strela (SA-7) anti-aircraft missile was fired at a IDF helicopter.

“We have not forgotten or deserted you,” an unidentified fighter who held the SAM said.

The video, reported by the Washington-based Middle East Media Research Institute, showed a fighter as saying that Majlis acquired the anti-aircraft weapon. The fighter also said it was working with Hamas in the war against Israel.

The Israeli military has reported SAM fire against helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles around the Gaza Strip. The military has assessed that the fire stemmed from the Russian-origin SA-7, with a range of 3.5 kilometers.

The video marked the return of Majlis after an absence of nearly two years. In 2012, the Hamas regime rounded up dozens of members, which sparked an exile to neighboring Egypt.

“This is a confirmation that the MSM is again operating, at one level or other, inside Gaza,” Middle East Media said.

Growing personality cult around Xi Jinping noted by enemies, has few precedents

Special to WorldTribune.com

Even as Xi Jinping is extending the parameters of his anti-corruption drive, the official media is building up a personality cult around the President that is unprecedented since the demise of Mao Zedong in 1976.

Since early July, the official media such as Xinhua News Agency and the People’s Daily have gone into overdrive extolling the virtues of Xi as a “great leader. These Chinese Communist Party (CCP) mouthpieces have not only quoted Xi’s recent remarks on lingxiuxue (“the art of leadership) but also reprinted articles on the subject that the 51-year-old supremo wrote when he was party secretary of Zhejiang Province and Shanghai from 2002 to 2007.

A surprisingly large number of Xi aphorisms on leadership qualities bear the imprint of the Great Helmsman. Like Mao, Xi has reiterated that “the quality and ability of the leader is the key to the success of the party and state.

Israel: 10 percent of Hamas rockets misfired, landed in Gaza Strip

Special to WorldTribune.com

TEL AVIV — Israel’s military has estimated that more than 10 percent of Hamas missile launches fell in the Gaza Strip.

The military has asserted that nearly 300 rockets fired by Hamas and its Palestinian militia allies landed in the Gaza Strip. In at least one case, a medium-range M-75, based on Iran’s Fajr-5 rocket, exploded during launch. The rocket contains a conventional warhead of at least 100 kilograms and at least seven Palestinians were killed.

“Over the course of the operation approximately 280 rockets were launched and landed within the Gaza Strip,” the military said on July 30.

In a briefing on July 29, military spokesman Lt. Col. Peter Lerner said Hamas rockets fell on civilian facilities in the Gaza Strip. He cited an accidental Hamas missile strike on Shifa Hospital in Gaza City and the Shati refugee camp just outside the city.

“A short while ago Al Shifa Hospital and Al Shati Refugee Camp were struck by failed rocket attacks launched by Gaza terrorists,” the military said.

Hamas has denied any accidental rocket fire on the Gaza Strip. But Palestinian sources said numerous rocket launches ended up falling in Gaza communities and that scores of people have been killed or injured.

The Israeli military said more than 2,670 rockets and mortars were fired into Israel since the Hamas war began on July 8. The military said it targeted 1,566 Palestinian rocket launchers and related facilities in the Gaza Strip.

Military sources said the failed Hamas launches increased amid heavy Israeli air and artillery strikes throughout the Gaza Strip. They said the failed launches reflected poorly-assembled rockets as well as the rush to load and fire projectiles before they are spotted by Israeli aircraft.

“We believe that some 70 percent of their rocket arsenal has been depleted and now they are firing from the bottom of the heap,” a source said.

Hackers can tap USB devices in new attacks, researcher warns

By Jim Finkle

BOSTON (Reuters) – USB devices such as keyboards, thumb-drives and mice can be used to hack into personal computers in a potential new class of attacks that evade all known security protections, a top computer researcher revealed on Thursday.

Karsten Nohl, chief scientist with Berlin’s SR Labs, noted that hackers could load malicious software onto tiny, low-cost computer chips that control functions of USB devices but which have no built-in shields against tampering with their code.

“You cannot tell where the virus came from. It is almost like a magic trick,” said Nohl, whose research firm is known for uncovering major flaws in mobile phone technology.

The finding shows that bugs in software used to run tiny electronics components that are invisible to the average computer user can be extremely dangerous when hackers figure out how to exploit them. Security researchers have increasingly turned their attention to uncovering such flaws.

Nohl said his firm has performed attacks by writing malicious code onto USB control chips used in thumb drives and smartphones. Once the USB device is attached to a computer, the malicious software can log keystrokes, spy on communications and destroy data, he said.

Computers do not detect the infections when tainted devices are inserted because anti-virus programs are only designed to scan for software written onto memory and do not scan the “firmware” that controls the functioning of those devices, he said.

Nohl and Jakob Lell, a security researcher at SR Labs, will describe their attack method at next week’s Black Hat hacking conference in Las Vegas, in a presentation titled: “Bad USB – On Accessories that Turn Evil.”

Thousands of security professionals gather at the annual conference to hear about the latest hacking techniques, including ones that threaten the security of business computers, consumer electronics and critical infrastructure.

Nohl said he would not be surprised if intelligence agencies, like the National Security Agency, have already figured out how to launch attacks using this technique.

Last year, he presented research at Black Hat on breakthrough methods for remotely attacking SIM cards on mobile phones. In December, documents leaked by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden demonstrated that the U.S. spy agency was using a similar technique for surveillance, which it called “Monkey Calendar.”

An NSA spokeswoman declined to comment.

SR Labs tested the technique by infecting controller chips made by major Taiwanese manufacturer, Phison Electronics Corp, and placing them in USB memory drives and smartphones running Google Inc’s Android operating system.

Alex Chiu, an attorney with Phison, told Reuters via email that Nohl had contacted the company about his research in May.

“Mr. Nohl did not offer detailed analysis together with work product to prove his finding,” Chiu said. “Phison does not have ground to comment (on) his allegation.”

Chiu said that “from Phison’s reasonable knowledge and belief, it is hardly possible to rewrite Phison’s controller firmware without accessing our confidential information.”

Similar chips are made by Silicon Motion Technology Corp and Alcor Micro Corp. Nohl said his firm did not test devices with chips from those manufacturers.

Google did not respond to requests for comment. Officials with Silicon Motion and Alcor Micro could not immediately be reached.

Nohl believed hackers would have a “high chance” of corrupting other kinds of controller chips besides those made by Phison, because their manufacturers are not required to secure software. He said those chips, once infected, could be used to infect mice, keyboards and other devices that connect via USB.

“The sky is the limit. You can do anything at all,” he said.

In his tests, Nohl said he was able to gain remote access to a computer by having the USB instruct the computer to download a malicious program with instructions that the PC believed were coming from a keyboard. He was also able to change what are known as DNS network settings on a computer, essentially instructing the machine to route Internet traffic through malicious servers.

Once a computer is infected, it could be programmed to infect all USB devices that are subsequently attached to it, which would then corrupt machines that they contact.

“Now all of your USB devices are infected. It becomes self-propagating and extremely persistent,” Nohl said. “You can never remove it.”

Christof Paar, a professor of electrical engineering at Germany’s University of Bochum who reviewed the findings, said he believed the new research would prompt others to take a closer look at USB technology, and potentially lead to the discovery of more bugs. He urged manufacturers to improve protection of their chips to thwart attacks.

“The manufacturer should make it much harder to change the software that runs on a USB stick,” Paar said.

Canada’s Shaw Communications to buy data center company ViaWest

By Alastair Sharp

TORONTO (Reuters) – Canadian media and cable company Shaw Communications Inc said it would buy data center services provider ViaWest Inc from Oak Hill Capital Partners and others in a deal valued at $1.2 billion on an enterprise basis.

Shaw said the acquisition would help accelerate the development of its Canadian data center platform.

Shaw said that Colorado-based ViaWest has 27 data centers mostly in the southwestern United States and that Shaw would keep the target in its Denver headquarters as a standalone subsidiary whose expertise can be made available to Shaw’s own data management and cloud services customers.

“With the acquisition of ViaWest, Shaw gains significant capabilities, scale and immediate expertise in the growing marketplace for enterprise data services,” CEO Brad Shaw said in a news release.

Shaw said the deal should close in September, subject to U.S. regulatory approval. The transaction will be funded using cash on hand and Shaw’s existing credit facility, with no material effect on Shaw’s free cash flow, the company said.

ViaWest, which employs more than 350 people, has notched 15 percent compound annual growth for both revenue and earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortization over the last three years.

TD Securities acted as financial advisor to Shaw, with Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as legal advisors.

RBC Capital Markets advised ViaWest, with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP providing legal counsel.

Facebook mobile app to offer free, limited Internet in Zambia

By Alexei Oreskovic

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) – Facebook Inc is launching a mobile app that gives users in Zambia free access to a handful of online services on mobile phones, broadening an effort to boost Internet usage in underdeveloped countries.

The Internet.org app will offer, in partnership with wireless operator Airtel , more than a dozen services including online encyclopedia Wikipedia, websites devoted to weather, job listings and health information, as well as Facebook’s own social network and messaging service.

The app will be available in additional countries over the coming months and years, Guy Rosen, product management director for Facebook’s Internet.org effort said on Wednesday.

Facebook will not pay Airtel for the bandwidth, Rosen said, but Airtel will benefit as users who are exposed to Internet services eventually decide to pay for broader, unrestricted access.

Access to the information on the app’s included services is free, but links that lead to information on other websites will require that users pay wireless data charges. The free version of Facebook in the app does not allow for the video playback.

Facebook has partnered with more than 150 wireless providers over the past four years to offer free or discounted access to its social network, but the new app in Zambia marks the first time the company has added Web services beyond its own social network to the menu of free services.

The move comes as Facebook steps up investments in its Internet.org project, which seeks to connect the “next 5 billion” users to the Internet, many of whom lives in places like Africa and India. In March Facebook announced plans to use drones and satellites to deliver Internet connectivity to people in certain parts of the world.

The initiative has the potential to boost the size of Facebook’s audience, which currently totals 1.32 billion monthly users.

Internet privacy service Tor warns users it was attacked

By Joseph Menn and Jim Finkle

BOSTON Reuters – Tor, the prominent system for protecting Internet privacy, said on Wednesday many of its users trying to reach hidden sites might have been identified by government-funded researchers.

In a note on the nonprofit’s website, Tor Project leader Roger Dingledine said the service had identified computers on its network that had been quietly altering Tor traffic for five months in an attempt to unmask users connecting to what are known as “hidden services.”

Dingledine said it was “likely” the attacking computers, which were removed on July 4, were operated on behalf of two researchers at the Software Engineering Institute, which is housed at Carnegie-Mellon University, but funded mainly by the U.S. Department of Defense.

The pair had been scheduled to speak on identifying Tor users at the Black Hat security conference next month. After Tor developers complained to Carnegie-Mellon, officials there said the research had not been cleared and canceled the talk.

Previous reports on the research had already raised alarms among privacy activists. Dingledine went further, warning on Wednesday that “users who operated or accessed hidden services from early February through July 4 should assume they were affected.”

Those navigating to ordinary websites should be in the clear.

It remains uncertain how much data the researchers were able to collect and what will happen to that information, which would be of interest to intelligence agencies and law enforcement.

Hidden services include underground drug sites such as the shuttered Silk Road, as well as privacy-conscious outfits such as SecureDrop, which is designed to safely connect whistle blowers with media outlets.

Dingledine said the physical locations where the hidden services were housed could have been exposed, although probably not the content on them that was viewed by a visitor.

“Unfortunately, I cannot comment,” lead Software Engineering Institute researcher Alexander Volynkin told Reuters.

Institute spokesman Richard Lynch declined to comment, while the FBI had no immediate response to questions about whether it would seek the data.

Defense Department spokeswoman Valerie Henderson said she did not know if officials there would have the right to raw research from the Institute.

“You have to know what organization and which individuals inside the Department of Defense might have set this one up,” Henderson said.

Even if there is an overarching guideline about access to unpublished research, “the general rule may not apply,” she added.

Tor is an anonymity tool designed to protect the identity of Internet users by routing traffic through multiple nodes around the world. It is used by human rights activists, criminals and others looking to evade surveillance.

Dingledine advised users to upgrade to the latest version of its software, which addresses the vulnerability that was exploited. He cautioned that attempts to break Tor were likely to continue.

Leaked National Security Agency documents show the NSA has logged the IP addresses of many Tor users and might have scanned emails for users living outside of the United States and its four closest intelligence allies, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, media in Germany reported this month.
